Nice Headphones noisehush - Samsung Galaxy Nexus

Hey guys I wanted to share this headphones I got off Ebay. I have the ibeats but one ear bud broke so I wanted to find a cheaper alternative. And after hours of online searching I came across this nice headphones. I was very surprised that when I put them on they were actually louder than the beats headphones and the sound was almost exactly the same.
Here are some pictures of them.

Took the seller about a week and a half for the earbuds to get here. But the packaging was nice and seal.
The headphones have an inline Mic and one button that works great and with headset Droid app. Is perfect.
Again I actually like the sound better on this headphones then my beats.
I'm in no way shape or form associated with noisehush.
Just wanted to share. And feel free to ask any questions.
Edit: I forgot to tell you guys some of the features about them.
Jack is gold plated 3.5mm
Rated power 2mw-10mw
Frequency range 20Hz-20kHz
Cable length 3.9 feet
Impedance 16 ohms
sensitivity 96dB/1mW
Driver unit 8mm
The cable is tangle free. Made of some kind of rubber. Feels kinda sticky to the skin. But I'm very happy with them overall.

I work as technician for sprint and we sell them at my store fir $60, my discount can get me them for $13 so im tempted to pick a pair up. my coworker claims the sound quality it crappy but that is his opinion, so i guess my question to you is, would you recommend i pick up a pair vs a pair of dre beats? thanks in advance

I know I saw a link before of the htc earphones on amazon but I wanted to get some more people's input. What are the best quality earphones for the evo with all the right controls?

i have the HTC ones from amazon. i can't stand them.
the only other ones i know of are the zagg smart buds.
mine should be here monday. i hear they are pretty good.
the volume control isn't digital, but it's the best i could find to work with the evo.
i believe today is the last day they are on sale if you are interested. they are regularly $80, but are down to $50. use the coupon code holiday40 to make them $30.
I see, cause I do workout and stuff so I don't want something that still always fall out.
Swyped from my HTC EVO 4G via xda app
i use older ipod touch headphones the ones with the mic and buttons. the buttons dont function with the evo but there loud crisp and awesome. gf doesnt know im using them
Lol I loved those the best if only they could work that way.
Swyped from my HTC EVO 4G via xda app
holiday40 code did not work
I have these:
Altec Lansing UHS306 SnugFit Earphones with Microphone
All of the controls work properly, but I'm not really impressed with the sound quality or the build quality. They are OK, but not great.
Also, I snagged them from Buy.com for $9.99, and feel they were worth that price, but would have felt ripped off @ $90.
Just go with the Ultimate Ears. They are awesome.
Do they have a pause button?

Also you guys should try this app: RemoteControl for Earphones
This app enables remote control operation like iPod.
I use Klipsh Image s4 (amazing earphones, voted best by many sites) and it has no buttons, but the Klipsh Image s4a (android version of s4) are suppose to have andrdoid controls. here's the link http://www.klipsch.com/image-S4A-headphones
picked up these skull candy fmj which dont have volume control but do have play pause next track and previous track but its button pushes not seperate buttons aka one pause two for next three for prev...
but has a mic too which is really nice for phone calls actually dont even put my phone up to my ear around the house i'll usually grab them and plug them in and then answer
http://www.skullcandy.com/shop/full-metal-jacket
i recommend checking out amazon too i picked them up for 25 bucks over the 70 dollar retail
and they are metal so they are pretty tough
i have had shures seinheissers, and monsters and these sound honestly just as good as those for being much cheaper (if on sale i guess )

quality of bundled earphones.

hey guys what do you feel about the sound quality of the bundled earphones. i feel they are really bad. so how does a creative ep-630 compare with it? also suggest other repalcements.
I agree with you. It is very bad. The EP-630 is certainly much better.
Brother I used creative in-ear's but currently I am using Skullcandy Titan and its really produce great sound.
I just love Skullcandy. Even it is repairable

what i hate hate mainly hate about the bundled earphones is the bass. it is spread out and not solid. so how is the bass of the skull candy earphone?
I think I cant able to make u understand that hows It's bass.
Just one word to say.
Aaawwwweeeeeeesssssooommee
Guys you're comparing absolutely different things XD it's a bundle and I wanna say they are pretty good for a bundle, for example when you're byuing a MP3 player in 99 cases out of 100 you can throw away bundle ears even not trying them, they're just to ensure that there IS sound from device XD
UPD and yeah, I prefer to use Cowon iAudio7 + Audiotechinca for music, not a cell phone )
senheiser CX 300 II
I got frankenphones now
cut off original earbuds, soldered in some Panasonic in-ear ones I had (which had the stupidest cable I've ever seen, but great sound quality), so I've got good phones and handsfree. It even doesn't look very bad if the cable is black and the speakers are white
I have some earphones from sony but works great! !!

Hi!
Does anyone use AKG K370 headsets with the i5800? I am looking for some high quality replacement of the bundles, but there are hints on the net that this model doesn't work well with some non-Apple and non-Blackberry headsets (unfortunately no info for Samsung ones).
I'm still giving Samsung credit for giving at least this good earphones, which imo aren't that bad. I compared them with Senheister CX300 and EP-830 and can say It's lacking bass, but is superior compared to headphones you usually (those huge non-in-ear headphones that you usually see in nokia phones..)
For the record, I've already RMA'd two EP-830's for being faulty
In my opinion bundled earphones are good.
Skull candy all day
Those headphones aren't perfect, but they aren't some cheappy earphones.
I listen about 30 minutes music a day and those are perfect for that use !
Problems with Zagg Smartbuds
I just bought a pair of Zagg Smartbuds to use with my I5801 as listed here: http://www.fommy.co.uk/view-full-pag...ts&skuno=87340
When I got them, they didn't work in the phone. They did work in every other 3.5 jacked device I had access to. After reading this forum (and others) I am wondering if the Galaxy Apollo has the same 3.5 jack as the Galaxy S.
I don't really want to spend $17 for the adapter only to find out that my phone has a different problem.
Can anyone confirm that the apollo has the same physical plug as the S?
See this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=713350
Thanks.
Very strange, I use my Beats by Dre with my SG3. Every earbuds i've tried are working
i too find the bundled ones good
i use them daily for about 1hr
I like it, much better than the ipod one and when I go running it never fall
They have a nice quality, imo.
I got a pair of earphones from dealextreme for 2 bucks and they do an amazingly good job, even compared to 10-15 $ ones

Where can I get the cheapest Dr Dre headphones?

I really want them the big one, the monster beats, i am not really fussed about the quality but i just want the headphones, its so cool.
Do you know where I can get them, please post a link here. It doesnt matter where its from.
if you find out let me know
if u dont care about the quality then buy the knockoffs from ebay, either way you're really wasting your money on beats.
i don't know maybe best buy got them? i may go check them out if they have them
A good source for knockoffs is dealextreme.com
Already have a couple from there too
Sent from my MZ601 using XDA Premium App
buy them from monster's outlet store. They are refurbs but no one will know that but you.
Linky
Dont buy the beats... pricey for the specs they have... look at sennheiser if you want to spend that much money on headphones worth it.
Mind you im gnoring your comment about not fussing about quality, because buying headphones that sound like that and paying that much for them is just... silly
Sent from my EVO4G_CM7_tiamat4. 1
dealextreme has cheap earphones, and I bought my original beats headphone from dinodirect.com for only €60
Sent from my Xperia Neo using XDA App
Yeah Dealextreme has some good knockoffs for an alright price.
As a former DJ I have compared my ancient technics to a set of beats. I have to say not worth the cash. But if you are going for looks, then I can see the harm in a set of knock off's or refurbs.
I got these headphone and can honestly say they ant worth the money
Don't waste your money. Beat's are overpriced and highly overrated.
Sent from my DROID RAZR using xda premium
There are boatloads of counterfeit Beats headphones being manufactured in Shenzhen and openly sold in Huaqiang, with many varieties of styles for their whole lineup. If you want the headphones for just the look, just buy the knock-offs they should be quite cheap depending on source.
Beats are for suckers that care nothing about quality and only want to be seen wearing them.
dealextreme has a lot of really cheap things like dre beats headphones.
Head-fi.org
Go there and read up on some real head phones. You are paying for marketing, not quality.

Like everyone else is saying by knockoffs if your just looking for the loom. They'll be almost exactly the same in every way. I just bought 4 pairs off eBay for $15 shipped each, so I can give them to people as gifts. But if you want good headphones get some senhiesers or something similar.
Sent from my HTC Desire HD using xda premium
I would go with Sennheiser (I have an IE6), or AKG.
Amazon or Craigslist - I find lots of knockoffs on each site.
Or Sennheiser, better headphones, about $100 less.
I just thanked everyone that says there are better alternatives to beats or say that it's not worth the price. YOU GUYS DESERVED IT.

Portable Speaker for galaxy note

As im sure everyone who owns a SGN, knows that the built in speaker is crap.
So i was looking on the internet for a portable speaker in order to use with my SGN.
I just wanted to know whether you guys use portable speaker for your note, if so could you kindly let me know which speaker you use.
Any recommendations would be very helpful
So far i have decided on the Minirig speaker, but if you guys know anything better then please feel free to share.
this is the link for the Minirig speaker
This speaker costs about £89 OR $138. It might be a bit expensive but it looks like it is worth it compared to the costly Jawbone Jambox.
Your probably looking for something a bit more " hi-fi ", but on my desk I have a pair of Nokia MD-4 speakers. These neat little speakers give out surprisingly good sound & they are easy to fold up & put in your pocket. They sound best with Poweramp with the equalizer set to phone speaker (loud).

This one is only available locally in the Philippines, BUT I'm 100% sure its only a Chinese rebrand. So its available somewhere in the internet. And at 24$, it wont break the bank.
I have one of these....
http://www.fones.com/mobile-accessories/portable-bluetooth-speaker-3523.html
In fact I have 2 (thanks to a mate who said "yes, get me one too" then ordered his own, the numpty). You can have the other one if you are prepared to pay postage.
The unit is reasonably well built, runs off 3 AAA batteries or a supplied usb power cable, and has a 3.5mm input jack for other sources. Pairing it up is dead easy too, but it has a tendancy to hiss a lilttle bit (BT transport noise, maybe?) when the volume is low. My solution - crank it up loud!

I use one of these, the sound quality is amazing for the price and size of the unit...
I actually have three of them, one for work, one for home, and one in my backpack.

Hi,
I have one of these and it's a real killer as sound is top notch:
http://www.soundmatters.com/foxl/technology.html
I have tried a lot of portable speakers and unfortunately you have to spend real money if you want something decent with real sound...
I have it for over a year and use it with my phone and my portable computer. If you use it with cable (at work with my computer), the battery lasts some 40-45 hours!!
It's very sturdy and compact, I love it!

Stick with your first choice MiniRig
NOKIA MD4.
That's the most portable one here, and the performance is decent enough.
It might not be as loud as the "MiniRig" but it is more compact, has a longer battery life.... but the real bonus here is that the MD4 is really cheap.
Try that first, I'm thinking of buying one now

Been using this for over 2 years, one of my best investments for a mobile phone extra, brilliant, use it at least 3 times week and it has a great sound, problem is I don´t think they make them any more AND I only payed 50euros for mine and not 199$
Big advantage is the use of bluetooth,no cables, which means you can use it all over the place,garden,work,office....or when your taken a hot bath ;-)
i grabbed some razer ferox speakers for under $50 i think. about 8 hours of battery life and they charge via usb. biggest problem is they pop open in the carrying bag all the time and im pretty sure the batteries drain when that happens. i use them for my laptop too.

Great set of earbuds to pair with your HTC 10

So since we didn't receive any Hi-Res earbuds in the US I was looking for some that sounded great without breaking the bank and I think I found a winner. For only $26 you can't beat the quality. I ordered mine directly from the mi.com website to ensure I didn't get some fakes. They have dual drivers also just like the HTC 10 and sound better than my beats urbeats for sure. http://www.mi.com/en/headphonespro/

I never has the piston2, but I did have a pair of the mi colorful editions which sound great also but I gave them to my son since he lost his others. And those were only $5 shipped so for the price it's really hard to beat their headphones and the quality is great.

Yeah I agree in term of bang for bux xiaomi is hard to beat.
KZ Ates are very very good with the 10 and for only 9$ delivered free with aliexpress it's crazy not to buy them.
The bundled Hi-res earphones are slightly better in terms of soundstage but a bit too much on treble side, the KZ Ates are more balanced but with an emphasis to bass though without making shades over other channels, they have a great amount of details too.
They have a memory wire perfect for sports
I've got Xiaomi Piston 2s and yes, Xiaomi makes the best price to performance earbuds on the market. I lose earbuds quite a bit, this is my second pair of Piston 2s, and I had 2 pairs of Piston 1s as well. Hopefully I don't lose these, but when I inevitably do I'll grab the new ones.
Hard to argue with xiamois price to performance. But a dynamic + BA hybrid is hard to come by for <100. Might have to try these out.
