hello xda..m posthing this thread for my htc one v who is resting in peace rite now..:/..my one was working fine till now but suddenly i got a messege of 14% battery left and i had to restart due to some reason nd it automatically wnt off nd is not turning on or charging..is therey anyway i can get my undertaker(htc one v) back to life?? ..this is my second replacement... help plzzz

replace it! you will have problems in the future, so just go for a replacement if it is still under warranty!
Bt i dont know tht its more den 14 days or not..nd i rooted it..bt its dead..dnt knw htc will repair it or not :/
i already got it replaced once..will they replace again..they say rooting is d problem..bt m dam sure tht rooting has nuthing to do..:/..wot shuld i do..
If you're lretty sure it's completely bricked, you've nothing to worry bout. Just tell the htc guys it got bricked after a random power off, I'm pretty sure they'll replace it.. Good luck

I'm afraid that is a hard brick due to partition error such as hboot & recovery and only HTC can repair it.

I got this problem, too. when I tried to get into fastboot mode (by pressing vol down and power button) when I released it I've got blank screen and when I connect it to my pc I got QHSUSB_DLOAD... I didn't change anything, just trying to get into bootloader
update: I have contacted HTC Care Center. they said that they can fix this problem. that's really made my day

I have same problem on its own it is not corrected, will only service the warranty (if any), there are changing all the main board, the main thing to pretend to "fool" in the service center.
I do not know how you do in Indonesia, but in Russia we believe all this, because the show still can not do

Today my htc onex goes black screen. It never go into hboot menu neither getting power on. When I connect it to PC , It shows "APX"
with yellow question mark.
Its new problem to me and never happened .
I am worry and nothing know what to do.?
I hope one of you will help and guide me to overcome this problem.

Check if fast boot and adb works. Also have a look at the S-OFF thread in HTC One X general forum. Click there is someone else that got into apx mode. My guess is that you have some defective hardware.

I was just playing a game when the screen of my phone suddenly just turned black... The power button doesn't react anymore. No signs of life.
I tried connecting it to a PC. It said something about QHSUSB_DLOAD. I tried to use the unlimited.io fix. It said "QDL reset" but it didn't help. I asked on the unlimited.io IRC and they said I have to RMA it because of an radio issue.
Can someone tell me more about this bug? How can it happen so spontaneously? Is it present on all (non-rooted) devices?
And more important: How will HTC react? Because I used HTCdev and I installed a custom ROM. I've got my One V for about 3 weeks now. And it's already bricked

OK, Dynafix (HTC repair centre) performed a board swap. I'm expecting my phone back tomorrow. Of course I'll need to unlock the bootloader again and so on, but how can I make sure this problem won't happen again to me?
It was a radio issue, right? Can I flash a newer radio version without that issue?

They didn't with my phone, guess that is because the bootloader is corrupted. So they can't even find out if it's unlocked.

Hello guys
I have updated One x to 4.1.1 tried using navigation again and NO improvements AT ALL !! I CAN'T TOTALLY use it in car it is just USELESS
The blue arrow (my position) re-arranging all the time informing that GPS signal lost this is unacceptable !!
Even phone calls are very quiet (ear speaker) battery still not better .. what is going on HTC ?
Any suggestions ?

Hi my desire is officially DEAD... dropped it and now wont turn on, charge, no leds nothing, changed battery still nothing. Ah well its been fun. laters desire people :cyclops:

If you've had it for less than 2 years and you are in europe, and you still have purchase receipts, HTC will most probably fix it for you under warranty. Exact same happened to me and that's what I got.

yh iv no warranty for it, its old school pvt1 haha. i went and got a price to repair it and they dont change the motherboard, they just fully rebuild it and they wanted 100 euro so i laughed and walked out the shop. theres cheap motherboards on ebay so i mite take a chance n get 1, but god only knows what il be getting.

My Desire is starting to show its its age. Wishing it would die on me but it keeps chugging along even with countless drops and steamy rooms.
Bought it back in June 2010 and the upcoming HTC One is making me feel things I've never felt in a long time since getting my Desire.

My Desire fell into the toiler(again) last week and was sitting dead for a few days but it just won't die. best phone I ever had, if the HTC One is all that and a beg of chips I'll keep my Desire in a special case for future generations to behold.

erm...? i really dont know what to get, im using my really old samsung wave right now haha. but i was thinking last night and i love flashing roms and messing/learning soo i thought whats the point in buying the latest HTC One or SIII? i mean the whole point in flashing is to upgrade a phones software to something new and u cant if u already have the latest.. the only thing u could do is root and flash a tweaked version of what u already have, so il pass on the HTC One and SIII. so what i want is a HTC but slightly older but have the hardware to handle sense 4.x etc etc, iv always likes the HTC Sensation XL so mite go down that road, its sense 3.5 (which i love) plus it can be upgraded to sense 4 so i can flash away mad on it. We'll see, im not buying it yet antway, iv too much on with work and im doing evening courses on welding and they last till aprill 21st so it will prob be then (ish)

Definitely keep an eye out for a Sensation. These phones still have great developer support.
