Well you can factory reset it yourself. Just wipe data, cache and dalvik using el26 cwm kernel.

always wipe if you have a problem with a rom and you know its been fixed
Well everything else works completely fine. Its just that roaming icon but I don't wanna reflash just to get rid of that one little problem is there a way I could could get rid of it without reflashing I'm on an evo by the way

My wife has a white epic touch and keeps getting a connection failed type error when it updates weather and or email .... anyone else with the problem and a fix ... I did factory restore and she just got ota update but she won't let me root it or put a different from on it . So she is completely stock
Sent from my SPH-D710 using xda premium
Tell her to suffer and stop bothering you until she lets you root it.
I'm jp I can't think of any extra steps to take if you have already done a factory reset.

I am having a reoccurring problem. Sometimes, when I flash a new nightly, or even just reboot my phone, I get no data. Even when I turn on wifi, it connects but stays gray instead of turning blue or teal. Same thing for my 3G. I have full bars, but it stays gray. Best way I have been dealing with it if wiping cache and reloading the rom.
I have tried going in and out of airplane mode, rebooting the phone, letting it sit for hours. I would just like to know if I'm doing something wrong.
By the way I am running CM10.
All in all, it's a small price to pay to run such a slick rom. And now that I got dual boot all figured out......much easier to try things out.

Did you do a clean flash?
Did u use the sprint cm10?
Does this happen on tw ROMs?
Sent from my Samsung Galaxy Emperor using psycommu
I wiped everything except for data.
On sprint cm10
Does not do it on a tw ROM I have
So this is what you did
Was on random tw ROM>wiped cache and dalvic> flashed cm10
If so your only hope really is to wipe everything and reflasb

I finally figured it out. The problem seemed to be with my clock settings. I can replicate the problem by setting my clock ahead and reboot. Then I will not connect. I figured out it was a Google account sign in issue. If I then reset my clock to the correct time and reboot, no problems.
Just had a question about dual boot. Was it easy to setup? How hard is it to go back to single boot? I would imagine having two roms would take up a ton of space.

My phone is not ringing on incoming calls. I'm currently running the PAKang 1.40 rom and have been for a long time and it just started doing this. I've never had this problem before but I'm missing lots of calls. Anyone have any ideas on how I could fix this. Thanks in advance.

I would say odin back to stock. I mean idk if this is a rom issue because I never had this with any touchwiz rom. Yeh bro try odin if u dont know what that means look it up. And I would be upset to if I missed calls so hopefully u can find the root of whats causing that issue
Also what I suggest is, if u want to stay with that rom then do factory reset wipe data/cache dalvic/and format system then reinstall rom.
Or you can just do a regular factory reset.
hope that helps

My wife and I both have TMO Galaxy S3's. We relied on our unlimited wifi calling minutes before the update. After the update, wifi calling doesn't work on either of our phones. As soon as we dial a number and hit call, it immediately hangs up and ends the call. Anyone else encounter this problem? Any help would be MUCH appreciated.
Stock I presume? Does it give you any errors or anything? As a last resort, you try a factory reset?
Sent from my SGH-T999 using xda premium
How did you update? Are you rooted? Using a custom rom or kernel?
Sent from my SGH-T999 using xda premium
Stock, not rooted or custom kernel or anything. Just a regular OTA update. I was going to do a factory reset if no one else was having the problem, but was trying to avoid that option
I think factory reset is your best option. At least you can back everything up first though.
