[Q] New 27-05 CyanogenMod ICS nightly - Defy General

Does anyone know anything about these nightlies that show up on the official CM download site?
Are they Epy´s or Quarx´s builds made availiable through official channels or are they completely independent builds?
If so, what is different about these nightlies?
Thanks

If you mean this one...

It's CM7 and has nothing to do with ICS CM9...

[Q] Cyanogenmod Nightly

What are Cyanogenmod Nightly ROMs? I would like to run one but am not sure what the difference is.
They are regular roms of CM7, but each nightly builds upon the last by updating fixes, patches, and new features.
Alright thanks.
Anytime man.

[Q] About CM9 Nightlies

Okay so I know what is CM9 is but what is the difference between CM9 and a CM9 nightly?
I've looked it up but couldn't really find anything about it.
A nightly is a rom that is build daily. The regular CM9 is build once an Update from google comes. Nightlys are sometiems unstable and mostly for advanced users and developers. If you don't know very much about android developing and flashing just go with the normal CM9 rom

Yeah, what he said....good advice.
I have tried CM7 but never the nightly versions. If you have to have to depend on your phone and don't want to deal with "possible" issues, just stick to the regular rom and skip the nightly versions. The regular versions get updated anyway as the bugs get worked out of the nightly versions.

[Q] Best fully working CM9?

Hello!
I didn't flash a CM rom for more than a year (Nexus 1), I want to try a good CM9 rom but which one is fully working and bugless?
I mean wifi,GPS,camera,camcorder...
I heard there is an ''echo'' bug in the voice calls?
Well the echo bug is fixed. Try trip's rom. It's pretty good and has almost everything working.
I'm on cm9 alpha 4 by (forgot the name but I think it's tbalden and mdj).
Will give trip's rom another try sometime later. Did not work good for me the first time.
Try this....
This is the most stable CM9

The torch app is working with the ''super bright'' option?
I have a major doubt about CM9 here. Why are there so many CM9's in the development section? When i had my nexus s there was only 1 cm9 thread started by the official maintainer of the device!
Furthermore which among the various CM threads is the actual one from the CM team with the official maintainer?
Or hasn't CM officially supported our device? I read that the SGS3 got official CM9 nightly builds.. Do we also have official nightly builds?

Nightlies Thread

I was wondering if there are anymore e4gt devs that produce the best roms nigntly? If you guys know any please share their link where you can find their nightly roms.
I'd like to start off by sharing my favorite nightly flashable rom:
CyanogenMod 9

unofficial AOKP by chris41g

shabby builds these roms from the TeamEpic source nightly until we are a supported device.. then CM will build them nightly.. so yes, they are the same as Darchstars releases
cool, so they're as official as we can get until its officially supported.
are there any other nightly links you guys know of? AOKP? AOSP builds?
I came accross chris41g's more than nightly page, can't find any forum discussion on this AOKP rom I'm about to flash though but he's a good developer so I'm sure it's great.
