I think we should lock the hboot before flashing again.Maybe it will work for you.But don't take my words.
I also noticed the size is small. Is this a full ROM ?
its not official. is there any one who can try this? any hope for non support cids
THANKS ...

Yea i noticed that too. Considering most roms are nearer 600-650 mb.
Probably because it's an OTA, not a full ROM.. Just my guess anyways.
EDIT: If you have a look at the previous 2.17.401.2 OTA, this was only 148.13MB. And looking at the filename, you need to be on this version in order to update to this OTA (i.e. 2.17.401.2 to update to 3.09.401.100)

So we should lock the hboot, flash 2.17 and then this OTA(3.09)
But my hboot is now 1.23. Is it possible to return to 2.17 ?

I would not do anything, till someone with better knowledge can confirm what build this is. OTA yes. Can it be flashed Y/N Etc. I would wait.

From what I have read, and understand, no - you can't return to the 2.17 ROM's if you've updatd to the new 1.23 hboot.

yes, better to wait for someone with better knowledge of this OTA file first. I was simply giving my advice and responses based on information pertaining to previous JB / OTA updates.

621 is the only CID confirmed to have received it so far. But it's only for those on the x.y.709.z software version so far, so if you're on 751 or 708 or one of the other Taiwan versions, all of which share 621 CID, you have to keep waiting for OTA. I've heard that we can all use the 709 RUU though, so you could try that if you don't mind wiping your phone.

I am not trolling...I am really not technically inclined with software. I was able to find my CID using online instructions but I am not sure if CID_621 has received udpates. I have heard mixed answered which is why I ask. My phone was bought from Newegg and I live in Canada. But it has a Taiwanese CID.

Thanks for the answer. Yes I do have x.xxx.751.x which explains why I haven't received it yet. I will just wait for it before manually trying anything myself and not risk ruining anything.

How Do You Install AOSP On VZW HTC 10?

Hey guys, I saw a thread a while back and I can't find it now but it was a method to get AOSP onto the VZW HTC 10. It involved adding some files into the radio or firmware or something along those lines. If anyone could point me to that thread or a tutorial on getting AOSP on my VZW 10 that would be awesome. Thanks!

S-off is needed if have a Verizon 10, it's the only way of flashing anything on it as Verizon disables bootloader unlocking by default on their devices.
But even sprint says have to be soff and do a firmware with no radio then u can use aosp I'm on sprint I just say that every aosp for spr and vzw need soff

This was fixed just a few days ago, see post #5 above. @tabp0le found a solution for the firmware problem affecting Sprint/Verizon users. S-off/modified firmware is no longer required. All ROMs built after April 28 should boot for all users thanks to https://review.lineageos.org/#/c/170030/
