This thread has a Gingerbeard theme you can use on EC05 with minor modifications:

Edit: Does require the build to be deodexed.

Hey guys is there any way for me to take the ics ultimate edition theme off and revert back to the standard jugs 4.1 theme?

Did he fix the green in the pulldown bar yet? Compared agat's and tj's ROMs a few versions ago and agat's was definitely closer to stock.

You can always use the stock ICS launcher or nova launcher on the ROM of your choice.
i love cyanogenmod, but it seems that i cant get it running right on my e4gt (i dont have a lot of time to dedicate to working problems out currently). so my next search is to find a very stable solid ics rom that is bloat free and theme free. since i use ADW launcher TW doesnt bother me too much. any suggestions?
or is there a list of apps or a walkthrough of how to remove bloat from the stock rom?
Yes, flash ff18 rooted stock, then flash Calk's bloat remover zip file.

I would suggest the Blue Kuban.

Calk and venum tweaked stock rom. Great on battery not themed and everything works. and it already has the bare rom converter ran to remove all the bloat.
