Help needed
I have doubts of what to do with this files I upload above. Now i'm trying with Stock rom and golf rom...the files are: build.pro, build.img, update.bin and update script,i'll update a folder with theses files from both roms! I guess this files are giving the problems because the rest of the tuturial is easy
So, Golf ---> Explorer, can someone with experience edit theses files so the rom dont have errors in booting up??? I made arrangents as I say below, but no sucess :S
-> build prop must have where is device and all...pico instead of golf!
->boot image must be of golf with bootclasspath line edited with stcoks'
-> Update binary (can i copy paste the stocks one?)
->Update script: this is the trick one, i dont know much :S

Advice would be good too

Walking Android bootscreen

Hi guys, just created my first bootscreen. It's a walking Android, ripped from the GIF by Cramit:
http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2489/4219688545_13cb6f0e0f_o.gif
(the one above is Cramit's original one)
I cropped it to 320x480 and removed the frames where the robot is "generating" (translucid). All you have now is the fully-formed (opaque) android walking, in the correct screen size. Here it is:

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
The flashable file is attached to the post.
Most of you should know how to flash a bootscreen, but, for the newbies, the instructions:
1 - Download the file to a folder of your choice
2 - Launch adb from the command line
3 - Type: adb push FOLDER-WHERE-YOU-DOWNLOADED/bootanimation.zip /data/local
You can also try putting it in your SD Card and moving it to /data/local via Root Explorer, but I can't guarantee it'll work.
I am also thinking about releasing a version merged with one of these Google boot screens:
or
So let me know if there's any interest in such versions.
Regards!

You mean just the Google bootscreen or the Android animation fading to the Google name? If you want only the Google logo with the loading circle, here it is. Tested and working on my 32A. Instructions for installation are the same as the OP's ones.
Thanks mate!!!

[Q] NEW XArc ICS v2.0 - 4.1.H.0.4 Source LT15i stock 4.0.4

Hello and foremost, thank you for this wonderful work you do.
(Sorry for my english I use google translation> <)
After going through all the pages of this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1653655, I decided to try a post to help you and help me even by the same
I have an ARC LT15i (not S) When I install your kernel (Xarc-ics & Xarc-v2.0), the phone starts without problem, but as mentioned p47r0n page 14, the vendor file located in system / is completely emptied.
This folder contains the apk cameraUI.apk, Camera3D.apk ect ... So many applications disappear from the rom. If you explain to me the way I want to follow to make you a logcat so you can try to correct the problem.
Thank you in advance
edit: a picture content file vendor:

edit2:
test:
Ics stock-Kernel 4.0.4 (4.1.B.0.431)
-I deleted the files inside the folder has vendor.
-Result: same problem as with your kernel.
after reading your post on the way, I tried to make the files dmesg & Logcat I hope I am not disappointed in the handling
-3 W to put the link-

* v1 (Xarc-ics) & v2 (Xarc-icsv2) same problem
FIles in ZIP : http://www.packupload.com/CLULQKHWW43
I'm not sure sirkay goes through to see my question. is that someone could put a small post on the subject, so he could see my question please?

}
How to install it:
1. Download the file
2. Place the file in the MicroSD
3. Use a program that requires root permissions, where it can be accessed in the file system of your smartphone..
Example: Es File Manager or Root Explorer
4. Now, copy the file in the system folder of: system/media
5. Make a backup of the old boot animation, then cut and paste to the SD card!..
6. inserting permission then set them on: rw-r--r-- This step is important
7. Restart the System, and enjoy the bootloader!!
Download:
Windows Droid v1.0 (First Version)
There will be new graphics update

HTC themes ( without waiting on approval )

As I have been creating themes on the HTC website and I may think it looks great only to have HTC reject it for whatever reason , I know Im not the only one . Or to want an all black Blinkfeed without that lovely salmon accent color , and again I know Im not the only one . Well today that ends as I have found a workaround and a way around HTC'S approval process all together .
I found where the apk files are when the phone reads them , and after having a few other BadSeed's test , along with the Sprouts these files can be flashed via recovery . So once you complete a theme on HTC you can download it to your phone and apply it then go to the directory ( I will attach a zip at the bottom of this post which contains a theme of mine for you to flash ) ( The zip contains the file path to find your theme ) copy your files and place them into this zip and feel free to post here for all to enjoy >>>>

Hopefully everyone enjoys another BadSeed inovation .......
