Can someone please help me with making a compatible Android 2.3.5 that would support connecting to a Bluetooth mouse/keyboard? If not could someone at least give me directions on how to do so?

I think only honeycomb and ice cream sandwich support usb devices, from what I remember.

can someone please help me to understand the difference between Gingerbread 2.3 and 2.4? Is this just an evolution? What major differences are there?
Some minor differences, but you need to be on 2.3.4 to use the google talk with video.

Are you talking about 2.4 or 2.3.4? 2.4 hasn't been released/named yet officially. 2.3.4 brings Google Talk w/ video and a few bug fixes.
actually i believe they named the next ice cream sandwich at google i/o and it will " bring phones and tablets together".
Just a short update that ICS source is now officially released.
Now, it's the matter of time we will be able to test the taste of Ice Cream Sandwich.
Hope that CM9 for Xperia Play will be available soon.
Here's the link to ICS source

This has been talked about over and over again and a search would have told you this. They are working on it but it may be a while. Remember they are making this without proper drivers.
Please search before opening a new thread

Will we see some good improvements in ICS before Jelly Bean?
Is there any announcements on ICS 4.1, 4.2 or something similar?
What needs improving in your mind?
If you're looking for fun new features...look into the rom scene.
And who knows what numerical version will be assigned to Jelly Bean...but it might be 4.1 itself.
Eclair 2.1
Froyo 2.2
Gingerbread 2.3
Only until we hit honeycomb (tablet only) did they increase full version #'s. (3.0)
And then back to tablet/phone integration at 4.0.

Exactly! I don't know why everyone is saying 5, ICS was only different because it unified the phone and tablet versions.
yes ICS is dead because the world is ending in Dec amirite?

Exactly. Too many people are confused about what jellybean actually is. Jellybean=improved ICS. It is just a version number...forget the cute little names! It is not going to be some major groundbreaking software update...the UI probably won't even change much! Think...froyo to gingerbread.
My ICS melted on a hot spring day when I left it in my car.
How is ICS dead it's only 6 months old? Yes, recent announcements schedule new Nexus devices and Jelly Bean in November but, ICS was made to unify the phone and tablet software where Jelly Bean will build on that. ICS is without a doubt the best release yet and is still gaining steam as more and more phones are getting updated. I'm not expecting Jelly Bean to be as big of a change as Gingerbread to ICS was but, I could be wrong.
Whats the point of this thread anyway?
I've read indications that it is possible to try one of Jellybean's most impressive features, google now, hacked onto an ICS phone.
Has anyone gotten it working for the Epic 4g? How do you like it?
Last I read the voice search goes not work.
