[Q] How to port a Sony live wallpaper

I like the cosmic flow live wallpaper but Sony somehow has it locked down to SE devices. Anyone know what is required to get it working on our GNs?

Im looking for an xperia style lockscreen.It would be awsome if someone could provide the new Xperia JB lockscreen,but any xperia lockscreen will do,dosent matter if its with a rom or not!

I have seen mostly all android device have a port of xperia rom or rom themed like xperia ui except note 2.... can any one make a xperia ui for note 2?
