How many hours do you get on a single charge?
cray.
I have this odd issue where the market keeps on crashing. I've install the latest gapps and it still does it. Any help? (Sort of a noob, so some directing might be necessary).
If it helps, I think other CM based ROM's have experienced the same issue (RoyalGinger) where the market keeps on crashing.
I've done the full wipes in recovery as well as "fix permissions". I'm at a loss. When I use VU and MIUI, I don't have the market crashing problem.
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
Omg I have same issue. When I get vu or miui its fine but cm7 base roms my market dont open it crashes.

hold on.....so....after allt eh fuss waiting for sony to update to ics....we already have now a working JB rom for xperia s?
is this still in early stages or is everything working as should be?
i had always said i want to keep this phone stock.....but after waiting ages for sony to sort out their software, i'm thinking i might try this at some stage.
what are the benefits and drawbacks of this rom?
i.e. what is present in this rom that isn't in stock, and vice versa?
(and most importantly of all.....how is battery life?)

Anyone know if we have to format System before flashing the kernel? And if so how do I do this with fastboot? Is it just the same as data wipe/factory reset in CWM?

From seconf post "before flash it is important to FORMAT SYSTEM
this is not included in updater-script yet
so it has to be done manually"
Do the "kernel.elf" be boot.img in .zip file like CM9?

so....if we want to know anything about the rom we are potentially flashing to our £400 phone......then we shouldn't bother?
i dare say i'm capable of flashing a rom, i was forced to do it many times with my useless wildfire s.....i don't think it's that unreasonable to ask for a few pro's and cons?
e.g. what's the battery life like? do we lose panoramic and 3d camera options? do we lose nfc tags? etc...

Thank for a great Custom ROM flashing experience. This is my very first complete Android medication. I went solo.
I am still a newbie, but I am no longer "wet behind the ear!" I had trouble with installing CM 7.2-RC1 and an XDA member pointed me into the direction for this weekly. It flashed like a charm. No problems! It is play time now!!
good job man!!! so far so good...just one thing, when phone rings because a call incoming if I press vol up or vol down the phone stop ringing, i mean can't reduce or increase the volumen of the ring when the phone is ringing...
sorry bad english

two questions about this build.
Hello,
Since flashing this rom, my phone has 2 issues.
1) The touch screen is very sensitive and will sometimes become unstable and will make phone calls, send messages etc. on its own. There are problems with the keypad entering a string of letters own its own.
2) Before flashing this rom, I was able to access P350's hidden menu. Now I am unable to open it. I get this message: "Connection problem or invalid MMI code." Any suggestions?
I have backed up the phone and re-booted several times, but the two issues above still remain.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!!
Nick

yupp
Thanks for the rom downloading now
can I use Twrp or does it have to be CWM?
The big question is, do calls/messages on LTE work? I've waited a while for working Omni, this would be awesome if it works!

I cherry-picked http://review.cyanogenmod.org/#/c/57035/ into the ROM.
So theoretically it should. But like I said, since I don't own this device. There's absoluely no way for me to test anything. :/
Data works and calling works. I'm on sprint. Only issue I have found thus far YouTube videos won't play.

Did you not read the OP? I asked him to build it with the call fix and he nicely decided to post it for the rest of you. He probably wont continue to update this. He just posted what is probably a better working version for the moment.
Less being being grumpy to people, more respect and thanks.
Well update. The camera apps won't open.

For some reason I lost root access. I did a factory reset and install a few times. Still no root. superuser.apk is installed. I even tried reinstalling superuser in cwm. Still no go. Can anyone help me?

You could try reflashing the rom or try flashing another rom and see if you can still get root access on another rom. You can always use root checker apk or try running a application that requires root access.
As far as restoring root access you will want to see if you get root access on another rom; if you do not you will probably need to go back to factory and re root. Hopefully this is not the case.
I don't know what I'm doing wrong I can't seem to get this ROM to flash. Its stuck at formatting system and freezes there. I've tried it on twrp 2.6.3.3 and 2.6.3.4 as well as philz touch. If anybody can help me and be very greatful. I see that their is an updated version of philz touch I don't know if that would do it though. What are you guys using?

I flashed Mahdi and root is working. I haven't tried again since then. I will wait for the next update.

Hello everyone,
Most things are now fixed in CM10.2 excluding Headphones and Native tethering and few small things.
But currently our kernel is really ready for this. I'm working on kernel for now. So I will release the next update after updating the kernel. Please be patient
