im still using 1.9 might re-flas in a day or two might be a newer one out then, i dont wanna have to install all my apps over again
can i asume that the test version is not time locked, thats the one that i downloaded and found out that it was time locked
the time out was in the beta version components of the OS used not because the ROM cook. it was in 1.8 & 1.9 but has since been fixed so 1.9b, 2.0 and the new 2.1 the problem is fixed. each of these have their own thread in Blackstone/Rom Development.. all you have to do is look. they're not hard to find at all

i am new with android i have HTC desire HD when i got it it was 1 month old so it was installed CM7 but because i dont like devices with non original software so i ask someone expert to instal for me the original rom with HTC sense the one which come from factory with desire HD(i know that CM7 maybe is better version and includes new features but i like HTC sense...)
so now i have in software information
android version 2.3.3
HTC sense version 2.1
is that the right one or no??
and if yes is it the latest version from HTC for desire HD (of course i mean the officiel rom) because if i go to settings/software updates/check now it says: there are no updates for your phone.
do i can upgrade my htc sense to the newer version than the one i have? i know that sense 3.0 is not officiel for DHD so are there earlier versions which can be installed on my device or if the sense 3.0 is good can i installed too??

mmm flash over the official RUU the sense 3.0???
u need in a few words a custom rom for it...u can download a pure gingerbread rom rooted, deodexed (for not obtain problems if you themes the rom,etcc..)maded by the OP @seraphic

But i'm deducing,because u have cm 7,that you have your phone already rooted and with CWM recovery installed true? If not browse for "HOW TO ROOT HTC DESIRE HDX" in the xda browser and read it... Its the firt step

okay... the first step that u need to learn and do its
1- if your current version of android its upper than 1.32xx u need to do DOWNGRADE
2-then u need to do ROOT for obtain superuser permissions for total acces to your handset (like any Linux OS)
3-install the CLOCKWORK MOD recovery
4-do RADIO S-OFF & ENG S-OFF + SUPERCID (CID 1111111)if u want to flash any baseband, or another rom diferent of your carrier etc... this step it´s needed..
this 4 steps are in this thread... read and familiarizate with the concepts before flashing....

Hi, why do you want that particular version? 3.06.405.1 was a leaked test ROM, the most recent official update is 3.12.405.1.
If you want the stock, un-rooted version of 3.12.405.1, go to the Development section, look at the "Roll Up Thread" sticky, and find the link to "Shipped ROMs".

I need the official sense 3.0 with GB2.3.5 with arabic support (3.12 doesn't support arabic)
because I can't risk my business I only trust official roms

Some of the ROMs based on 3.06.405.1 were very stable, although it was a test ROM. I don't know if that's because it was mostly bug-free or just that the ROM devs are so good.

the official arabic rom is 3.13.415
1. flash any official rom (sense 3.0 with GB2.3.5) that you can use.
2. install the "morelocal2" app from the market, and then choose the arabic .

@nustafa76:::there's a user (bigsoul) at ce4arab trying to port the official arabic rom and it needs 2 days or three from today I guess,but It will be (zip) not RUU

First, please don't post the same thing in 3 different forums. And especially please don't ask questions in the Development section. It just irritates people; we all look at all 3 forums, and they are separated for a reason. Mods will delete the duplicates.
Second, I'm not 100% certain of what you're asking. But in any case, here is a list of RUUs. In the first post, scroll to the section labeled "RUU and Stock." There's a lot of RUUs offered there including a link to the Ace Shipped ROM Collection, which includes a ton of RUUs.

I have no more information than you do. The only way I will know what each RUU contains is to read its filename or to download it and run it, just like you. None of us are RUU databases, where you simply give us the search terms "french" and "without any problem" and we can pop out a download link.
Being a noob is not a suffiicient excuse to demand a specific download link without any research of your own. We were all noobs at some point, and we did some research and figured it out.

Yes u can downgrade but make sure to flash gb shipped DHD with a GB RUU else u will mess up ur phone,just to make it easy for u coz u said u are new. Download this RUU its 3.12 WWE(worldwide edition) http://goo.im/ruu/ace/RUU_Ace_Sense...60.29_26.14.04.28_M_release_225512_signed.exe and run it on your computer and just follow the instructions. If u need anymore help let me know.
