Read up more and ask questions, all the information is on here. Tbh, if you're not sure what youre doing you shouldn't have even rooted
I haven't rooted that's why I'm asking for help

The thing is that all the info you need to root is already here and probably repeated at least 100 times in individual [q] threads.
The most beginner friendly guide is probably Turkey's.
When you have root and learn to flash a custom rom, go to the Desire Index and look for one of the "Sense HD ROMS", choose one flash it and you are done .
Hi
I am using wildfire buzz
2.25.720.1 my build no.
2.6.32.21 kernel ver. India
android 2.2.1
how to root my HTC wildfire
thank
if you're using the Wildfire Buzz, then first of all you're in the wrong fora, since there is one for Wildfire Buzz.
And the Buzz version still can't be rooted unless you use XTC clip to set S-off, then downgrade to 2.1, then root with unrevoked.
But all of that are explained in the forum for Buzz.
Hi aman,
First of all, elcome to XDA.
I noticed that you've posted this same question in a few different places, and as DenKofAnd pointed out, you need to ask in the correct forum for your device.
Dont worry about it though, easy mistake to make.
Im going to close this thread as its not relevant to the Wildfire S. Im sure you will be able to find the answer your looking for in the wildfire section though.
Good luck and happy flashing
hi
well i'm a newbee here, just got my hands on htc wildfire a couple of week back, after reading a series of threads, here's my question :
1. should i really need to root my device?
2. how can i find my hboot version?
3. if anyone of you senior players have a full rooting video, pls snd me the link.
Thanks
hey its me again..
just found out the specs of my device :
hboot 1.01.0002
microp 0622
radio 3.35.20.10
now the new question :
can i root with this ver of hboot???
What phone do you have and also what version are you running??
gingerbread or froyo??
You don't *need* to root. All rooting does is give you privileges to do things to your phone that you otherwise can't do, like install custom roms & other apps that have extended "root-only" features. You will most likely enjoy your phone more if it's rooted. You will also get more help if you post your question in the Wildfire section.

I use my phone about 2x more since I rooted it. Rooting the phone gives you access to customize the phone more to your liking. I use the HTC Incredible with CM and I am still looking for different customizations. Overall, I would root the phone if given the ability.
Agreed!
1st. go to Wildfire dedicated section
2nd. Root is not a must but will give you more flexibilities and extra functions of your phone. Consider like having 150% of your phone.

+1. If you like to tinker around with your phone - root it.
If you want it just be a phone - don't worry about it.
Only way to make the Wildfire and Wildfire S rootable is to use the XTC clip.
Thankx guys for all your suggestions, but i tried rooting it with unevoked, but after wards its says, that your firmware is too new to be rooted,
I use : HTC Wildfire , froyo
hboot 1.01.0002
microp 0622
radio 3.35.20.10
please guys help me out, i need to get 150% control over my cell
Thankx again...
You're in the wrong forum, this is for the Wildfire S...
Exactly, maybe you could find answers in the Wildfire section and also here
http://alpharev.nl/x/beta/
People say this beta version is working for Wildfire.
But be careful, read and ask questions on them IRC channel.
Good luck with rooting
Dear Guys,
I have HTC Desire HD from a while but I didn't try to do anything with it because of an old bad experience with HTC P3450 :crying:
But Now after I read a lot about JellyBean in this useful forum, I decided to root my DHD but I stuck with downgrade it.
I'm Using Ace advanced hack kit
My android version 2.3.5
HTC Sence 3.0
Any body can advice sth
Thanks
You posted in the development forum... And you are not giving any information of how you got stock..
Please try in the general thread where you would find a noob friendly thread also covering the AAHK. Did you read the Effen manual allready? I never heard of any issues not covered in the manual...
Good luck
