I added the HTC HD2 forum as my favorite and recently there was a new sub forum added to it.
When I navigate directly from my favorite (i.e. the link to HD2 forum), I found that the new sub forum (android nand) is not shown. However if I go from Forum tab, it is there!

You need to "refresh" the app.
Remove the favourite, and re-add it again, and it should work iirc
Favourited topics show up differently to forums...
If you look under Favourites, you'll see "Forums" and "Topics" as separate tabs.
Favourited topics will also appear under the corresponding forum as favourited... confusing the matter further :|
But, Pulser is right, you need to logout and login to correctly refresh your favourites after adding them.

Hi I was just wondering if it would be possible if someone who works for xda could create a timescape plug in for the xperia devices which will show most recent posts in subscribed thread and new PM messages received by others. I understand that you don't share your API and that mobileslolutions has said that one can not be created until xda releases there API. But rather than do that. Could you not create one yourself. I'm sure many many xda users with an x10 or arc or more would really appreciate this as it would be really useful. If you look in the x10 forums about timescape plugins in the themes section you will see a quite a few member requesting this.
Thanks in adavnce and hope my request is accepted and created.
Thank you

Check the Android Market. You just need to install the app and set it to keep the forum you want to follow up to date. I have in my phone and it works sweet.
On the new xda theme i am not able to search threads any more anyone know why?
i just reverted to the 2010 theme and i am now able to search thread.
I'm not experiencing this problem.....i'm able to search the threads easily......maybe you missed it, it is on the top-right corner......
no its not there i looked for a good 5 min before posting about it.
Could you post a screenshot by any chance?

"Knowledge is power" = Check out this [GUIDE] How to be a New User (and not a noob)
Guys...
Let's keep our Nexus threads clean
I'm looking themes and apps section for Nexus 7 and I really think - it's bad.
All good mods and apps are at the bottom becouse every hour someone opens new thread with request.
If moderators are O.K with this, let's keep this thread for all request, wishes and similar stuff.
* Need help with some app - write here
* Trying to find app but you can't find it - write here
* You want app to be ported - write here
* Want to buy new phone/tablet and you need advice - write here
*** this is not thread where you write what you want and I built that, this is thread where you should write requests and someone will replay to it ***
If we follow that idea, your question will find answer very soon.

Hello everyone, I'm a new G4 user.
I've tried searching in older posts without response: is there any way to customize the notification bar (wifi icon, signal, clock, ecc) without Xposed (or any other "rooted method") but simply using themes?... And, any way, what is the method to create a theme? is there a "blank template"? Thanks so much in advance!

No there isn't any way to customize those things without rooting.

There is no simple answer to your question. On rooted devices there are many ways to create themes. You will need to understand and learn basic things from several forums here: apktool, java, 9.png images, compiling, recompiling. I recommend to check the BitSyko Development page and lear how to create layers that work on MM. Good luck.
