For me Its best rom, ofcourse you can try both

7.2 for me definetly
On CyanogenMod 7.2 gameloft games are doesn't working
Does it works on CyanogenMod 7.1? If not - I will install stock rom...
I have cm7 rc3 great rom
But cant download from tubidy
Instal tubemate was my only sulution
ps sorry for my bad english
@ marcin: The problem only happens at you, for me they can be installed and played too. For example : asphalt 5 runs extremely smooth.
Otherwise, 7.2.0 works very smooth and stable, I could say that it's way better then 7.1.0
If you do a wipe data/factory reset before and after installation, you'll probably have no problem with the rom.
For all beginners and new guys around, it is strongly advised to stricktly follow the installation guide to avoid any problems while/after installing a rom!
Bricking and malfunctioning can be easily avoided with attention.
Hmm, i'll try to install this Asphalt 5. For example another games like Minebuilder or Raging Thunder works good...

I think too that 7.2 is better than 7.1.
Works fine and no bugs.
Written with Swype Beta on Cyanogenmod 7.2(GT-S5660)
Hmm, it's strange. Today Gameloft games are working
Thanks for advice.
Maybe cm 7.2 is the best choice now
as all ppl said
us 7.2 it's the best

oh i forget to tell
i have one bug
sometime Mobile go to silent mode
i don't know why, or how it happen
except that it's soooooooo good
I though 7.2 RC1 is better than 7.1 RC3. I've used both of them and like RC1. It is bug free but is slower than RC3
You can test both.
Good luck
The Serious mod 7.2rc1 fast and stable

I have used GioPro 1.4, CM 7.1-RC 3.0 and CM 7.2-RC 1.0
All have been superb. Currently I'm using CM 7.2 and its pretty much smooth and stable. Very rare FCs and none if used with patience lol.
I'm currently using 7.1-rc3, which works perfectly well except for a little bug with FM radio (volume too loud during a few seconds after starting). And I think I'll stick with it until I manage to build CM9.
The CM9 build is out and they are working on it everyday. Im running it everyday and it works very well.
Heh, I'm one of CM9 developers

We know that and good luck with the rom
If you are looking for a rom/kernel for the Telus SGH-t959d try cyanogen 9 build 16 and semaphore kernel(0.9.1)-working 99.5%!!! The only thing that is not 100% is the battery drain-I only get about 1 1/2 days max-with darkys rom I got 2 days plus no problem.
No home or back button issues, all apps restored with Titanium without issues....
Have Fun!

updated to build 17 without semaphore kernel-battery so far seems longer, but I did have 1 random reboot though.

Now have drZMIUI ICS with semaphore 090 kernel-updated to 095b- working pretty good at this time-couple of force closes nothing major, only thing that seems to keep re-occurring is the settings/superuser permissions sometimes get reset.+Don't use deep idle-keeps locking up phone.
Gonna keep trying this one and CM9 for next couple of months to see what is the best

Hi, can I have a kind of status of your usage?
IS the CM rom better than the MIUI one?
I'm currently using glitch kernel with miui 2.3rom and I have a huge problem of signals.
I would really like to upgrade my phone with another kernel and rom, but I want to be sure that it work before.
Thanks for your answer.

I finally I did it.
Installed a stable version(not nightly) of cyanogen (i9000) and installed semaphore 1.3.0
Work fine for now... will give an update status soon.
By the way I followed that tutorial to flash perfectly my phone: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1494493

7.0.3 is based on sensation xl port(sense 3.5)

Finally I choosed 6.3.2 version and i installed it.but i have another question:under the 6.3.2 version download links there is "Kernel 11.1 with 2-way recording support" too. what is it?
should i install it?what if i don't?
could you explain me about it?
thanks in advance
yeah, both are good, but i think that there're much more stable roms like rcmixv4 or runnydroid 5. on both arhd i've got a lot of random reboots, even on cpu freq. 1gh...
Yeah had random reboot too, both versions, same on the dhd of my girlfriend, both not under or overclocked. I should go for the stock rooted rom by nitr00. It never gave me any troubles and is solid and stable as a rock

I had cm 7.2 rc1 before i install arhd today.i had problems with it like there wasn't wireless proxy option and it has problem gaps.
do you suggest me to install rcmixv4 or runnydroid 5 ?which one?
are they have problems like i told?
thanks
i've got both roms, in my opinion rcmix is better because it has got more and better tweaks. battery life is the same, speed also i think, whatever , i wasn't using them a lot of time because i more like roms wiyhout sense - they are much faster.

If u really care about battery life, then u should flash 6.3.2.
the battery life is much better.
Enjoy.
I've used 632/633 and 703/704 quite a lot over the last few months and can say I noticed no real difference in battery life but 6.3 was a little more stable, never had any reboots on either but with the 7.0 roms had problems with the video camera crashing occasionally. The 7.0 roms look better because of the newer sense version but decided to stick with the 6.3 roms because its rock stable and didn't change my ringtones everytime I changed the battery like 7.0 did

RCTweaks by Gerc86 seems to fix the video camera FC issue - the issue exists in 7.0.3 (which is what I have). Links to the tweaks found in the ARHD thread.

I have had rooted my device, Now i just want to select CM. which CM is more stable on wildfire S Cm 9.1 or Cm 10 ?
And if i partition the card with ROM manager app ,is it safe will it delete my data from the card ?
I haven't tried any other CM but CM10, so I cannot tell you wether it's more stable than CM7 or CM9, but I can tell you that it is fully satisfying! It's smoother thand the original sense 2.5 rom on your WFS and most problems that occured with CM10 are solved or are being solved thanks to the devs... So I would go for the latest CM, which is CM10...
I tested modpunk's CM10 Alpha 2 and ParanoidAndroid 2.54 JB and Jelly King 1.2 and I have to say that Jelly King is probably the best Rom I have ever used! Go for it!
Odp: [Q] Which CM is best for Wildfire S ??
I flashed Jelly King and I must say it's very good rom. Fast, smooth etc.
But in my case voice search and other voice service doesn't work. I don't know why is that Rom fault or gapps.
Jerry
Thanks

Since buying my wfs I stayed on stock only for a little bit. So for over a year I've been using various cm and cm- based roms.
Right now I've found cm10 builds to be somewhat snappier. Cm9 based roms a little more stable imho. (Still, the most stable for me have been cm7 based roms.)
To your second question now, if you're going to be partitioning your SD, do take the time to backup first, definitely.

Hello to everyone. I'm on XZX2, but i think that it is very slow, not laggy, but slow. I tried both of cm 9 and cm10, but never cm 10.1
My questions are:
1) What bugs are in CM10 and what bugs are in CM10.1? (Like HDMI, 1080p video recording, FM Radio..)
2) I can use nova kernel 1.6 with cm10, but Can I use its with CM 10.1?
3) I love cm10.1's camera app, what rom (FXP, Cyano, Opensemc...) do you suggest to me?
Thank you all.

ps: i know that in the end of March/April will roll out Jelly bean, but i want to try 4.2.2 also..

1)FXP's CM10 have no bug in it's latest stable ROM ,OpenSEMC's CM10.1 have some problem with FM Radio.(but it doesn't matter
2)You can't use nova kernel on CM10.1
3)All 4.2 ROM's camera are the same(Slim, CM10.1 ,PAC).
If you want a ROM that very stable, try FXP's CM10
If you want a ROM that high customation, try PAC (19 based on CM10(4.1.x) ,20 or 21 based on CM10.1(4.2.x)
If you want a ROM that daily use, try Slim Rom or OpenSEMC's CM10.1
sorry for my poor english :<
The main problem on cm 10.1 is HDMI and Fm radio is Not working perfectly. Most of the cm 10.1 rom is not battery user friendly. But as I think and as I have got battery is good on cm 10.Both of the rom are not yet stable. Many times rebooting by itself.Networking problem on both cm10 and cm10.1

In general, the main bugs are related to network, sometimes it disconnects itself and have to disable and reenable data traffic. Moreover, 1080p and FM Radio is not working in most of cases, but in general, CM10-10.1 ROMs are very stable.
