I posted this to make a request from our skilled theme makers to build a clean and stock looking ginger bread theme, I would like to request some specifics for the theme, no fancy round icons on the notification pull down, the stock icons or the same icons used by darky's theme is perfect and no theme branding because it really irks me the most to see any theme branding on a theme.
Im also sure a lot of people here would love to have a stock+clean GB theme, they might even donate if its good!
4 lock screen would be one of the things I also want on the theme
+1 with all the wonderful themes currently available, I cant believe there isnt a clean stock gb available.

When do you use all the themes you are asking for?
You could pull the framework folder out of my ROM, because it's JPY based.

Im not sure if your referring that question to be but I've only requested for one theme as far as I can remember.
Anyway that theme is for the captivate and does not have 4 lock screens.

Many Captivate ROMs are i9000 based.
Actually an unchanged i9000 ROM would run on a Captivate. A few bugs that custom kernels fix, but it would run.

Why don't you take the files from Darky's ROM?

His dialer and contacts apk are half themed, is there a way to revert it back to stock ? Can you point out the specific file names needed to be swapped from stock images and his mms theme has the green font which looks bad how can we change it back to regular white font and stock theme?
Ignore this post, sorrry.
up for this request
+1
I'd also like a clean GB theme...
even if mambo04's gingermix v4 theme comes very close to that... it could be a little bit "cleaner" (or lets say "stock looking")

Just wondering if there are any themes for FusionICE. Kinda like the rom. Installed it last night. Thanks in advance!!

Link please...

Yup.... The ones yoe momma told ya about.... Bad Seed Customs!!
FusionICE is already themed. It's a blue version of FusionRom. You won't find any themes for it.
Unless it uses the theme chooser app and you pick a theme with that.
You can download the rom and manually pick apart framework-res.apk and the drawable files from any themed apps so any rom that's not a "stock" theme is a themed rom...the dev just incorporated it into the rom.

Not every theme changes all icons, sometimes only certain
things
Some themes change more, some less.

oh im not complaining lol, maybe the dev that made the theme, might be able to change the icons hahah... if not its cool no big deal... i can live with a little bit of green in this awesome theme!
Should be easier to edit the finished apk`s and sign again, but
at the moment, don`t have the right links how you can do this!
I merged the theme with cyanbread icons so now you will have blue icons for
browser,messaging,phone,contacts,video,downloads,calender,etc.. and also edited the wireless icon on notification area because it didnt look right on the original theme i have attached the apk this post.
Thanks alot!

Hello everyone,
I'm not sure whether this is a stupid question or not, but here it goes: Is there a specific theme chooser that I have to install with the AOKP rom?
I just installed the AOKP milestone 4 build on my HTC EVO 4g. I keep looking in the settings area and the ROM management and the launcher management, but I cannot find any way to change my themes. I have themes downloaded, but I'm missing the connection on how to actually apply them to my phone.
Do I have to download a theme chooser like used in CM? Any direction would be amazing!
Thank you very much!

I just have one more question to follow up to that:
Is it better to install one of the newer builds for a theme chooser? Is there a stable one aside from build 38 -- only because when reading that thread I gathered that build 38 was a little unstable. Or is there something on the market that I could install to apply themes that would work?
I guess that's more than one question.
Were sorta on the same boat. I just flashed aokp milestone 5 and have no idea how to theme this rom. Can someone help?
As the title asks... Will OLD Theme Chooser Themes work with the current Theme Chooser ROMS? Perhaps not going all the way back to CM7 but how bout CM9 Themes?
Please advise...
Thanks,
John

All of the CM9 themes I have are working on CM10 +/- a couple of new JB assets not being themed:
-Blue Infinitium,
-Sonny Sekhons themes have all been updated to theme JB assets,
-Black Exodus,
-Matted Blues,
-CirclesMOD themes work,
-DJ Darkknight has updated his theme for JB,
-Many on others on Play have been updated.
