Thanks for this. I can see the edges of the protector, it only just covers the screen, can you feel this "ledge" when you swipe over it?

You can but it is barely noticeable. With a case on you can't tho

Cool, I have a case.
Have you tried the Skinomi protector? I have one in the post

you think you could take some high quality shots of it? especially the edges etc....

You picked yours up at Best Buy? I'm thinking about running to mine today and grabbing one because they have it in stock (strangely ZAGG's website says nothing about the HD for the One X), but I want to make sure it fits the international version right.
Unless there is a specific one for the international version, then I'll just have to pick that up online. I'm still searching for a good case, I bought the blue HTC case from AT&T and my phone rattles in it. I didn't know they weren't the same size. The international version wasn't too hard to track down though.

There is a small gap from the edge of the screen protector and the bezel. It covers the whole digitizer though. My case is on its way that I will do a video review on as well. The case that I got (can't remember the damn name lol) will fill that gap. I think zagg left the gap to ensure it is case friendly.
Edit: Zagg sent me one for review I just had it installed at Best Buy

So this is a new protection from ZAGG? Different from the full body protection and all that?

I love these video's, makes me laugh.
6 Mins really ?
1. Its a bloody screen protector
2. Its not invisible you can clearly see the edges
3. What makes a screen protector HD ? Same magic stuff that makes sunglasses HD and make-up ?
4. You paid 24.99 USB for Plastic that anyone can get fro less than 2 dollars anywhere else ?
5. Military grade my arse , It can be the plastic that covers DVD inserts for all you know.
6. Your phone has gorilla glass . . .
Good on you for making the video but your just boosting a false economy, you may aswel buy a DVD from the man on the street ( not that screen protectors are illegal or anything lol )

Lol there was alot of talking and hand movements, perhaps some puppets for the talking parts? Everyone loves a bit of Kermit

I love comments like this.
Don't like don't watch
1. It is an awesome screen protector
2. You can't tell its there unless you face is glued to the phone or you like to stroke your phone
3. Don't know why they called it HD but is feels like the glass on the phone.
4. I didn't pay anything for it was given to me by Zagg. But there are simmilar products that are way cheeper.
5. I agree lol
6. Gorilla glass is not scratch proof. Had my galaxy note for a week without a screen protector and it got scratched
Thank you for saying thank you Some people didn't get hit by the economy and can afford to buy these screen protectors. Over all I like the feed back love hearing everyones opinions

there are many different to choose from.
and I am wondering if I should go with original or other manufacturer.
never had screen protector before but with this beautiful screen I want to have in best condition as long as possible.
I absolutely dont want it to interfear in any way, or as little as possible
Having used the HTC one's with my HD 2 i will be getting them for my one x, also they come in a pack of 2.

Has anyone tried the HTC Branded ones compared with the Martin Fields ones?
I've always gone for Martin Fields before on other phones (highly recommend) but curious about HTC's own.
I've ordered the genuine HTC protector, not sure how good they are (anyone have any feedback?) - if your in the UK I ordered mine here: http://goo.gl/04p8Z

Though a bit expensive, Vikuiti screen protector has been incredible on my HD2.
I use official HTC screen protectors on my desire s (got the set with pouch, car charger and protectors). I really like the feel of them, they don't feel overly plasticy like some protectors.
They some to come off well without leaving an adhesive residue.

Useless protectors???
I got my One x today and immediately went to apply one of the 2 Genuine HTC screen protectors that are specific for this device.my advice would be don't buy any. There will not be a screen protector ever available that will actually fit the one x this is because of the convex design of the outer of the display. Luckily I got the pack of 2 from a seller on Amazon for £7 so no real damage to the wallet there ) Please let me know your experiences with SP's
Hey Guys,
the One X has Gorilla Glas Version 2. Watch out on google, what that means.
I got a Sensation with Gorilla Glas, no scratches at all.

So even the genuine HTC protectors aren't curved? Shame on them. You'd think that for £11 it would fit better than a generic, non-HTC one.
It might be worth waiting to see what others come up with.
Whatever you do don't buy the official HTC ones waste of money they have a poor fit as mentioned. The one I got with the case is slightly better but will be difficult to get good screen protectors. Personally waiting for SGP as theirs are usually good.

Yeah they're just flat. The only reason I ordered them was that I remember getting original HTC sp's for my Desire & they were quality. These are pure rubbish though.

Yes, shame because I tried both sets that came in the pack.
Most of the screen was perfect, couldn't tell there was a protector even on...
However, the sides around the screen just would not stick.
I had a 1mm edge around the screen that just wouldn't stick, it annoyed me too much, I pulled them off.

SGP FlexHD screen protector

UPDATE: SGP has sent me a new FlexHD for free, so I will be trying it when I receive it. I am actually very impressed with their quick response!
I just got one and it has a horrible rainbowing effect. The bubbles are also seeming to be impossible to get out.
I've read that the rainbow dots will disappear after it has dried, but it has been a few hours and I see no improvement at all.
Should I try removing it and putting it back on? Or is it too late for that?
I'm surprised because I have had good experiences with SGP protectors on my SGS2.

Odd. I ordered their Ultra Optics version, not FlexHD, which they said would be available from June 4. Had an email Friday "Hello, thank you for your purchase and sorry for this news, but I heard an urgent message from headquarter this morning that there was a problem in production and it is postponed for another several weeks. Apparently the size of the final protector had a problem, but I'm not 100% sure. Would you still wait for its arrival? If not, I will gladly cancel your order. I'm very sorry for your inconvenience. Please let me know. Thank you."
Surprised your version was available if they had size problem on mine.
I cancelled and ordered Brando instead.

From what I've seen on Crystalusion's stuff on YouTube (assuming this is the same stuff), it looks very hydrophobic, and perhaps also lives up to its claims of being oleophobic, but I don't really understand how its supposed to protect the device from abrasion... Sure, they say it can, but a layer of something applied with a cloth? Really? That's a few nanometres of SiO2 to stop my device denting/scratching if I drop it? If a simple coating of this product, which is invisible once applied, could really prevent the kind of damage a case is designed to don't you think they'd apply it in the factory?
I could be very wrong, but I'm intrigued why none of their product videos demonstrate its supposed scratch-resistance properties... I think I'd do just as well to coat my One X with Rain-X!
I'll stick to my standard-issue TPU case

Currently only available on eBay as far as I can see.
The product is available on eBay and Amazon at the moment in small quantities but is due for release via UK retailers imminently. I have spoken to the company involved and they cant confirm which UK high street retailers are involved at the moment as the details of release timescales etc are still in discussion. Thanks for your post, Crystalusion isn’t designed, or marketed to replace protective casings and you’re quite right it cannot protect your device from impact damage from something like dropping it. The abrasion resistance it offers is better than, but comparable to, a traditional polyurethane screen protector – except Crystalusion covers the entire device, not just the screen. The coating is 100nm thick which provides suitable abrasion protection against day to day scuffing from items such as coins and keys in your pocket or ear rings etc. In addition to the abrasion resistance it is hydrophobic, oleophobic and antimicrobial. We’ll be adding more videos to the site to coincide with our retail launch and intend to include a demonstration of the abrasion protection.
Just got mine through from ebay. Application is indeed very easy, took me less than 10 mins. Shame its only a single use unlike liquid armor which has many applications in one bottle. If it works as well as it's supposed to though, ill be pretty happy! Finally ditched my case and screen saver, although thats not to say ill be any less careful now!! Will let you all know how it goes
Liquid Glass does last much longer than the liquid armour product so one application should be enough

Ordered from ebay uk. Should reach me around the same time my HOX comes back from the service centre. I really hope it works fine cos I hate using cases and the camera lense getting scratches is one of my top worries.
Which one are you guys ordering..

both of them look the same to me regardless of one saying iPad and other saying its for phones?
Guys which one shall I go for?..Dynaflo or Crystalusion ..with Dynaflo we get 50 applications but with this only 1..
So Dynaflo can be applied to other gadgets as well but Crystalusion is gonna be over in 1 shot..so I am more inclined towards Dynaflo..

Did you get the full-body or just the screen? I got the full-body, but only plan on putting on the back.... I absolutely hate that feeling on a touchscreen.
Quite a few on here have been using these for a few months....More user views.....
I only got the screen protector, i just took it off, it felt really horrible to move my finger around the screen, i have a strong flip case so hopefully my screen will be protected from scratches anyway.
You experience of the protector might be different to mine, give it a go.

Does anyone know a good one?. I see a lit for very little but I can't find any reviews. I don't like the feeling I something wget when I slide my finger across the screen and it has a ridiculous amount of friction

I don't know if you like to dig into facts most of the screen protectors come for some factory and are exactly the same even with variable prices from sellers on ebay and amazon. Buy cheapest one and expensive one. Test it out and realise.
American consumers look at price tags, many will recommend steinheil, ghost armor and all those , and when u end up buying a 50c one and compare, u will be surprised.

On amazon look for tech armor anti glare + anti fingerprint matte protector that's what I use and it's amazing, comes with 3 and is like 6 bucks on amazon

I also use the Tech Armor anti-glare and absolutely love them, and cheap too!! The company also stands very well behind their product.
I'm using atfolix since years on my smartphones and they were always pretty nice. They are very easy to attach plus they live really long.

I got the Tech Armor Anti-Glare ones from Amazon too. They work amazingly and haven't changed the first one out since I got the phone on release.

Same here. I have to agree that there is definitely some grainyness but it doesn't show unless you are looking at solid light colors. Doesnt show in movies or games. Etc.
