[REQ] Change pop-up colour Throughout Rom help? - Samsung Galaxy Nexus

Hey everyone,
I am looking for some help. I have started to change the look of my Rom, making it black, but I am curious if there is any way to change the colour of the pop up menu throughout the Rom. As seen in the screen shot. Is there any easy way to change JUST this.
I am on Gummy 1.2.0.
Thanks!

Perfect thanks. But out of curiosity, is there an easy way to do this? Like a ziptheme or something. I have never used apktool before.

[Q] What app is this? Is it safe?

Alright, so shortly after my friend accepted the ICS OTA update on the E4GT, this began popping up, but dunno which app it is. It wants to access so much, I didn't know if it was safe. Anyone got a clue?

From the pictures it looks safe as its mostly samsung system apps.
Yes they are the standard permissions to have the system apps to work.

It's not the same one but I used a Jelly Bean wallpaper that I found somewhere and I changed the color. It was orange and red
If someone has a higher resolution one, provide it and I'll change the color.

Flipped to fit what I'm seeing on the picture:

Saw that the other day too. I'd like to have it as well.

You can start with tearing apart Launcher2.apk. I would think it would be in the layout xml

Pull down image error

Has anyone experienced and/or have any suggestions as to how to fix this. This problem acquired after replacing my pull down with this semi transparent one.

There used to be a flashable fix to correct that. I think that some xml editing needs to be done to fix it. I don't know of any themes or anything that still have this issue. Is this on an old MA5 ROM and theme?
