quick question.
Some guys are getting S-OFF out of the box, I want to check my phone status.
In my previous DHD I boot into boot loader (vol+ and power) as I remember.
Anyway when I wanted to reboot the DHD back to normal I removed the battery, so you got my question if I boot my ONEX into the boot loader and there is no removable battery, how do I boot back to normal ?
Hold down the power button for 10secs. This simulates a battery pull.

Or u go into the Fastboot-Menu and chose Shutdown / Reboot!

Hi Guys last night my DHD was on low battery until power eventually switched of this morning i tried to recharge it and it gets stuck on white htc logo, i tried flashing my stock rom it does work, i would i go about flashing cwm 2.5xx if i cant get the phone to boot ? Please help I have rooted it and did a eng s-off long before this happened.
Apologies if you've already tried this,
If you remove battery & then hold the volume down button & power button until you get into the bootloader. Then select 'recovery', that will take you back to clockworkmod & you can restore or flash a new Rom from there

I flashed Hyperion Kernel and then phone dont boot,,
Stuck at boot loop..
Tried adb reboot recovery but no device found
I just pressed vol up + vol down and power
Phone switched off and i took out battery
I again tried starting phone and pressed vol down but phone doesnt go to bootloader menu
Recover installed is 4ext 2.26 rC4
Please help soon!!!

Can't go to bootloader ? How about turn it off, and turn on while holding the back button ?
Get into fastboot menu (back+power) and click bootloader.

Excuse me for my English.
Today I wanted to change my data++ to stock hboot on my Desire S-OFF. I flashed it with Android Flasher. There wasn't any problem.
After I wanted to wipe data and cache to install a new rom custom but I can't go to fastboot with power+volume down. There was already a false contact with the volume down but now the button seems to be broken, it doesn't react
So the only thing I have is a boot loop with the first slpash screen, and I can do nothing else.
Please help me, I don't have any other phone at home...

BIG THANKS YOU NADIR : I CAN USE THE BACK BUTTON IN PLACE OF THE VOLUME DOWN.
With ur phone off hold back button + power. That boots into fastboot then reboot bootloader so u can get into recovery

hi! big problem here,i tried installing new kernel on my hox did everything written in the thread but yet phone is stuck on htc logo...can't boot to bootloader,when i try power volume down it just restarts and is back on htc logo...adb isn't working too...says device not found...anyone have ideas?thanks
About what thread you are talking?
And, what kernle you've flashed?
If you can't boot in bootloader, i think you've flashed a kernel of other phone, like OneX+...
I think you aren't holding volumedown and power long enough. Hold them for an eternity then it should boot to bootloader.

Hey,help guys...I flashed cm kernel for flashing cm Rom,after flashing kernel & instead of going to recovery from bootloader by mistake the phone restarted & it is stuck at HTC boot screen ( stock HTC Rom)
Now I am unable to turn the phone of to go to recovery as it is not turning of with buttons too & the one v has non removable battery so can't remove battery too
Please help asap

Hold power button for a second until the phone is off. It should work. Now you can boot into recovery mode.
