I pm the person who made the theme regarding being able to use on our T999 and this is what he said
" You might be able to if you remove the Settings.apk and the SystemUI.apk from the zip first."

Here's the best I can do. You can replace the corresponding .PNGs on your existing ROM with these... Sorry if it's not so good, I'm kinda new to this.
