I just placed an order for a GSM Galaxy Nexus. I'm trying to find a TPU or hybrid case for it. On Ebay and Amazon, I see some that says it's compatible with both i515 and i9250. Should I stay away from these?
The only reason I need a case is to make the phone a little thicker so that it fits those generic leather cell phone holsters with belt clip. Is there a holster that's made specifically for the Nexus, or one that works well with naked slim phones?

Go on Amazon.com and look for "CruzerLite" or "Diztronic" case. GSM GNex users have reported great fitment from those two brands.
FWIW, Seidio makes a specific holster for the phone that doesn't require a case. Only caveat is that it's not a leather holster. But check it out anyway.

Anyone have a side case with a solid belt clip that they are using with a Diztronic (TPU-cases)?
I have been trying the pocket and shirt pocket but so far its driving me nuts. I think I need to go back to a belt holster but I like my current case so im looking into holsters like this:

The issue I have with many of this style is the poor belt clip lacking something from the bottom to keep it from sliding off.
Verizon sells one. Back before the LTE version came out, I walked into a local store with my GSM version and had them pull out whatever accessories they had that could work.
It's the biggest generic one they sell, ~$20. It's got a clip, not belt loops. I have a Diztronic TPU case on mine, and it stretched the case quite a bit, but at least it fits. The salesperson had a RAZR with a case, and her's also just barely fit (they're almost the same height).
I personally am looking now at the plastic holsters where you can snap in the cased phone.
Seidio makes really good holsters that sometimes can accept other cases on them . The draw back is Seidio is very proud of their cases and holsters . Im sure there will be cheaper alternatives coming out shortly .
There's a nice thread on this forum that summarizes 4-5 different holsters. The Seidio one is about $25 or so, without the case even. There's a real cheap $7+ one from htcpedia, which I have incoming, but reviews have not been good =P.
the siedio surface holster fits a tpu case pretty well. i added some "shims" to tighten it up some using the loop part of velcro on the bottom retainer tabs of the holster and it fits perfectly.
it's actually my current combo that i'm using.

Seidioonline.com offers their Active version with/out a kickstand. I have the black version with kickstand. Fits very well. This was covered in the stickie thread. HERE or HERE.
A few threads down is this one for another kickstand case. I don't know if it'll fit the VZW version though.
BTW, if you happen to come upon an S-Line Hybrid case on ebay or amazon, that happen to have a kickstand built-in, don't get it. In fact, don't get ANY S-Line stuff. Doesn't fit the LTE version.

Seeing as I've read the OtterBox clip breaks easily, I decided to purchase this:
AMAZON: (Do a search for it)
Canvas Vertical Heavy Duty Case with Metal Clip and Velcro Closure Big Enough to Fit the Otterbox Defender Case for Samsung Galaxy Nexus i515. Comes with Antenna booster.
It's cheap and it fits the GNex (even with the OtterBox case!). This plus a case make for a good combo. I personally have the Incipio SA-204 case. Not too thick, and plenty of protection. Though make sure you get a screen protector as well.

I have a Galaxy S3 (i747) with the new Samsung branded 3000 mAh battery, but I need a case. The Otterboxes do not fit, and IDK if the Incipio will (I had incipio before my old GS3 was lost). Which cases will definitely fit this new size?

By leaving the back cover off the phone this one will fit. It has a hard plastic outer shield for the back so it offers plenty of protection. Works for me until a made to order case comes out. I had the kickstand model first. I think it sucks. Would not hold the phone vertical, was ugly and it bulged too much. That be my opinion.

I have this battery + the Diztronic. The case fits perfectly and is very well done. It is available via Amazon or through the Diztronic site.
There is a long thread about this battery here but you have to go through the entire thread to find the cases that work. Mentioned as cases that fit: the Zoogue Social, the Eclipse, the Case-Mate Emerge Smooth, the Urban Armor Gear case (if you do not use the included battery door), and the "fake Spigen Neo Hybrids" from sunsky. Others have modded the Otterbox Commuter and the Invero Hard Plastic Bumper case (from amazon UK).
I have ordered some cheapo silicon cases that I hope are stretchy enough to work with the extended battery as I would like some more colorful options.

Hey all. Does anyone know of a good quality case that clips onto a belt? Preferably one that will last through some physical activity (those fake leather pouches will fall apart). Also huge plus if anyone has experience with a recommended case and knows that it can survive some random bursts of jogging or running (I've had some cheap magnetic ones that would open up and make my phone fly).
Secondly, anyone know of a belt case/pouch that is big enough to fit a protective HTC One case? For example, an Otterbox Commuter? This particular criterion has made my search much harder, but finding one would save me a headache.
I'd love some suggestions. Thanks!

That's actually pretty interesting, although not sure if that will function in more everyday situations as well.
Also, does anyone know if SEIDO's ACTIVE Holster is compatible with the Otterbox Commuter? I've read that for a few other phone models, for some reason SEIDO's Holster fits the Commuter perfectly, but wasn't able to confirm if it's the same for the HTC One.
I was also suggested fortte and bugatti-mobilecases

Nope. Commuter and active holster don't fit. Commuter is a little thicker. I love the commuter, but need a clip from time to time. The active case is very nice though.
I am looking for one as well. I use the commuter. I always had a ppouch for my OG EVO4G w/commuter and had no issues. 2 months of the ONE with the commuter and I now have a scratch in the screen. I really need a good quality pouch.
I ordered the Otterbox Defender for my One today, it supposedly comes with a belt clip. It's about $38 on Amazon.
