I have had my sprint galaxy nexus for almost 2weeks now and at sprint it said I would get $50 when I activate google wallet for the first time also I asked the guy activating it if I will still get my $50 and he said yes definitely and I went home activated it and instantly got $10 but haven't received the extra $40 why is this how long is it suppose to take before I get it

Try calling Sprint?
$10 is the standard offer anyone gets for signing up for Google Wallet. I would imagine anything more than that would be provided by Sprint, so I'd give them a call if the representative promised you more.
If you go to sprint nexus page you can see that it could take up to 3 weeks to get it and you could see the phone number to call if you have any problems www.sprint.com/nexus

You should get the other $40 3 weeks from the activation date of your Galaxy Nexus. Call after the 3rd week in you don't get it.
Man, they must have sent it to me by mistake...send me $100 and I'll send you the $40 back.

Got this text today, too. Used about a gig of free wireless 4G tethering last night. Schmucks!
AT&T started sending out similar messages to iPhone users who were tethering.
I just got this email. I tried using it to add a line but no dice for this price. It seems like you can only get them on a new account activation. oh well.. $99 ($199 - $100 samsung coupon code)
I wish I could afford to get one outright and if I was dying to get it I would find a way..I'm almost afraid to just go look at one in the store because I'm afraid it will make me "HAVE TO HAVE IT"

It now says it's backordered until the 21st though but still 99 bucks instead of 199 sounds good. Then I held my phone up to the terminal and it said it charged me $1.50, but on Google wallet it said it charged me $5!? And it still didn't give me my Gatorade! After that I tried to cancelled it and tried again, but the same thing happened!

I added another line to my plan back in August 2011 to get the Epic touch. Then I put that line on seasonal standby. I reactivated the line in January so I figure my upgraded wasn't until 2015 what it says on sprint website when my contract ends. But I checked my upgraded eligibility and it says I have one next month on this line. Is that a mistake or is my upgrade date different from my contract end date? I know u can upgrade 2 months early then when ur contract ends but 2 years?

Usually when it says you have an upgrade available it's right. I ran into that also with my third line and they said it was eligible and honored it.

Yeah, upgrade date is different from contract end date...I would think it's so that they have time to cling on to convince each customer to stick with them.
What discounts is everyone using? Long story short, I just upgraded my wife's phone this week and they want me to verify my current discount. I am no longer working for the company I was earlier this year due to "corporate restructuring". You know, upper management and owners were not making as much money as they thought they should so they fired a few so they could get profit up to get their raises and bonuses for the year,lol...
So, what is everyone using? I know I can get at least 10% from my local CU, but open to suggestions. They make it pretty difficult to find the info online.

I am getting a 20% discount thru my work, and I also got the notice to verify the discount. I ended up having to send a picture of my work id..
