App Cache Cleaner - Galaxy Ace S5830 Themes and Apps

Hi guys I just wanted to share with you this useful app, especially when you are running low on space or if you have small internal memory. This comes handy when you are not using app2sd or s2e.
App Cache Cleaner cleans your application caches only, it doesn't touch your system caches. So it's safer to use than other apps to clean caches.

It's this app:

Really? But this one's more updated.. And 1 Tap Cleaner cleans everything, even your important call logs. But anyway, it's people's choice.

1-click app cleaner - that works ??

Hi
On our beloved Nexus, I cant find a decent app cleaner, that act. works on ICS..
I used to use the app cache app, that had a scedule task within it. And that worked great on my desire..
Now I´v tried many different app, that seems to work, but they dont, None of them can clean all my cache files with 1-click - I have to manual do it with every program...
I would like to have a 1- click and perfektly also a scedule task within it (like the app cache from Infolife)

I want to free up memory by my self (or this app) and not by android it self..
I have a few apps, which is not working perfectly on ics - even though they should (or ??) and they stop working from time to time, unless I often do (by manual) the "app cache cleaner" on this app..

I have never experience any apps not working well on ICS (4.0.3), I've never needed to manage apps or run short of memory on any Android phone I've owned and because of my experience I think cache cleaners are absolutely pointless.
I use cache cleaner ng. works for me if i dont select use old cleaning method also the auto daily clean is working on it. you can find it in the market.

This, I understand where this idea comes from since its a PC world right now, but I wish people would read up on these things beforehand. Android manages its memory and applications differently than your used to, and "clearing" your memory or cache is not recommended on our androidOS. It will actually slow down your phone and eat your battery.

Yes.. You´r right and I know that... But even though, it seems to be "not that statement" for some of my apps..
The developer of the app claims that its ics ready.. but as I said before.. I see that the cache for this app is getting bigger og bigger and the app is getting slower and slower... If I do nothing it just happend that the app is crashing... From my experience is, that if I from time to time do a cashe cleaner (ie once or twice a day) it never lag/getting slower and then never crash..

Ha ha
Been there.. and tried a ton of different solutions, without any luck yet..
And since this forum should be a place where we can help each other etc.. I wrote here..
But I might be wrong...
So If I find a solution I should just keep it for my self.. instead of sharing the information for others??
How can it not work? It worked just fine for me.

I feel like this point needs to be re-iterated.
Free memory (including cache) is WASTED memory. If you interfere with the way Android manages its memory, you make things less efficient - apps that would otherwise be preloaded in the background will take more time and juice to start up. This is how Android was designed from the ground up, and it was designed that way for good reasons. Please save yourself from headaches and don't fsck with things you don't understand.

[Q] Integrating System Dalvik to Rom (how safe?)

Been using titanium backup for a while now with cm7, removing stuff I don't need and pushing apps I do into the system(rom) eg you tube, facebook, no frills, speed test etc as many as i can to free up space.
But here's the question - how safe is moving system dalvik to rom?
I've been using the feature for a long time now with no Ill effects and I get 40mb+ space freed so its a great feature, but just curious if anyone knows something that should be shared here to prevent future problems for users.
PS. I checked titaniums website but there was no info on this in any of the sections
All input welcomed.
Can nobody give any input on this?
Please
I did it....once. It totally raped my phone and i had to reflash. But i also had my dalvik on sd so the best i can say is try.

That's the one I use I bought the Pribkeyandcstill unsure of the extras but corpse cleaner, duplicate tracker all kinds of good stuff.
Another more simplified app is Cache Cleaner NG. You can details a time spit clears cache once a day preventing any lag like that's even an issue on this phone

Well. I preffer Clean Master: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cleanmaster.mguard&feature=search_result
What I like is that every time you uninstall an application, immediately informs me if this has left residual files and gives me the option to remove them, has a widget for each I want to stop applications running in the background (which you can filter that not hold), and that every so often it shows the cache left by applications that you remove as you wish.
Is excellent!

Stock Gallery App not working

I did some searching with no return on results for my particular issue. I am currenty running Optimus v4.4 Deodexed and previously ran Lifeless for a long time. The issue I am experience is that the stock gallery app opens then disappears. It doesn't force close but I am unable to keep it "maximized" for a lack of better term.
Anyone experience this also? Any help would be appreciated!
I rather not install alternative gallery apps (actually using one currently and I'm not a fan).
