iOS-like email? - HTC One X

Anyone know of any apps/tweaks that make Android's email client look as good as that on iOS?
iOS has nicely formatted emails whereas Android's look ugly and doesn't size the mail properly.

did anyone ever figure out how to get more than 4 emails in the messaging screen?

or at least make the font smaller. it's such a waste of real estate. I like the blackberry email UI.
Is anyone using an alternative email client?

Gmail app

Does anyone know how to enable html emails to display or scale to the screen? For the life of me I can't find it and yet it seems like a feature that should be there. Am I missing something or is this a feature that google hasn't built into the app?
Thanks in advance.
hmmm i dont get it
anyway if your question is about scaling the emails while using gmail app, it's impossible

Click to collapse
Yes, I think you have the right idea. HTML based emails come in as full-size emails and you have to pan to read them. Pinch-zoom isn't even possible.
When I had an iPhone, the email program rendered them and scaled them to the screen size (portrait or landscape mode). I'm surprised the gmail app isn't capable of doing this.

[Q] Default email vs proprietary

So I have been using the default email app for ICS. I like the functionality, but the preview page looks a little wierd. If you make the text larger it will overlap with the line below it, making it cluttered and difficult to read. Does anybody know a fix for this?
If not, is it better to use the default ICS email app or a proprietary one (ie: gmail, hotmail etc). In other words does one affect performance worse than the other?

[Q] mail client on Win RT

Hi guys,
1) is there an alternative for the MS mail client in Win RT?
I would like to have Gmail and Yahoo emails on one place. Mail client can do this, however I found this client not useful for me. And there is no Gmail or even Yahoo clients for Win RT now, only some web clients, which I tried, but the notification for new emails is missing or not working for me.
2) is there a way to change colors in the MS mail client in Win RT?
Now, I can NOT quickly see unread mails, because of the bold gray color they use to highlight them. I would prefer them to be bold black instead, which is used in all know clients sofar...
Thanks for tips
There's a GMail app and you could have your other accounts picked up by GMail?
There's a desktop-mode x86 mail client which has been reported to run well enough in the emulator, but using that all the time will probably have a substantial impact on your battery life.
Ok, is there a way to change to color scheme for the MS mail client?
You know, I'd think there would be. It acts exactly like an "accent color" in Windows Phone... but uses a color different than the one selected in the Metro Personalization settings. By the way, on mine it's a blue/teal sort of color, not really grey at all; are you partially colorblind or does your version use a different color? It's the same on my Surface RT as well. The color is the same as that of the Live Tile, and has been the same teal-ish blue on every Win8 device that I've seen...
Certainly not grey on my system.

Email Client

Hi Everyone,
I am looking for an Email Client application which has such bellow options
[*]Outlook Style Reply Header
-Enhanced Email has this option but I don't like UI of EE
-K-9 Email has this option but there is no option to change font size/color/face.
[*]Could change the composing font size/color/face.
-EE and Touchdown both have this option but I don't like UI of EE and and there is no Outlook Style Reply Header in Touchdown.
[*]UI like Android Stock Email client or Gmail
-UI is good of stock email client but it has very few options.
[*]Could configure multiple email accounts.
[*]Support exchange as well as POP3 and IMAP
All the good clients have very ugly user interface and all the good user interface clients have very less options. I already tried bellow applications so please exclude them from your suggestions.
TouchDown
Enhanced Email
CloudMagic
K-9
SolMail
AquaMail
Blue Mail
MailDroid
InoMail
looking for your extensive support and suggestions.
Not 100% sure if it meets all your requirements, but I use it and I love it and haven't ever used any other client: Nine email client, https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ninefolders.hd3
