you only get a bin count in odin mode if you flash a different kernel

flashing custom roms via cwm doesnt increase your "bin count"
it only increases when you flash a specific kernel via odin
which can be avoided by using a kernel flasher intead
but if you have, just go to this ---> thread
Thanks

As now you've got back your firmware, be sure to take a backup by CWM before flashing any custom rom or theme. This way, if you stuck up again, you'll be able to restore your firmware along with the data.

Are you sure your device is rooted properly? Did you grant SuperSU permissions?
If you have cwm recovery then this will happen, in such case you need to flash stock recovery.

Hello Friends,
I had tried root my phone from that link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t= I don't have unlimited internet data for downloading stock firmware from sammobile.com. but should I skip step 1 then should i follow steps 2 and 3 only? Earlier I have updated two offical firmwares via OTA on my phone and I tried flashed cwm recovery. Now I faced the problem that cant boot into cwm recovery instead of android stock recovery. Should I try step 2& 3 on that link? Binary counter increased to 3 counts...
