The A510b and e are the same phone except for radio frequencies. So you can flash an A510e recovery and it will work. But if you're flashing a stock recovery I'd stick with A510b stuff.

It has been tested on the a510 (a & e) for sure and I think the b version as well.
ClockworkMod doesn't designate by model # (A510x) but Marvel or MarvelC. A510a/b/e are all Marvel so the link above is correct.

You should provide more info if you want a descent answer, for example is it rooted or not, s-offed or not? Did you installed a custom recovery or not? And finally can you enter bootloader or not?

I'd stick to the specific tutorials for each devices, once you've achieved S-OFF go here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-10/themes/mod-htc-splash-flasher-aroma-splash-t3444926
It's really simple as long as you have a custom recovery. You can add your own images to it as well, after proper conversion!
