HELP!!
I bricked my phone after Flashing the Jdroid Exodized rom.
it end up with Bootloop/HTC logo.
My Fault is Before Flashing the rom, my Battery is 10%....
I've Done All the XDA Threads on how to Fix this.
-erasing cache from fastboot mode
-relocking the bootloader(its relocked now)
-Flashing RUU(i can't flash RUU becoz of my Low battery it needs 30%.)
My problem is, How can i Charge my Phone Up to 30%... And how would i know if it is Charging?
coz everytime i plug in my devices USB or Charge, the red light is going on and off, steady, sometimes its Gone...
Im confused.
Please help me T____T

Once it gets to the HTC logo and freezes it should charge there.
Are you still able to get this far?
Have a read of this, see if anything helps.

Try flashing the RUU from Fastboot rather than HBOOT, worked for me.
You may need to put stock recovery on and then lock the bootloader first.
If you're using the latest CWM then turn the phone off and charge it

You have to unlock bootloader again by the looks of it.
why don't charge your phone, while it's off? You'll see a red light burning.. when it's green, it's 100%..
than try the RUU..

Boot into recovery, if it's 5.8.3.1 then it's the latest one so just charge the phone when turned off
Try not to panic!!! I went through something similar last week. It should charge there. Leave it be for 3 or 4 hours to charge.
I cant help that much as this is all new to me as well but Im sure some of the smart and nice people of these forums will guide you in the right direction. They certainly helped me out.

That was my thought exactly. Why don't you let it turn off / let the battery die and then charge?
Wouldn't that work?

Are you using the HTC charger as it requires 1 amp to charge properly. I found this out when I used my Nokia charger and the light flashed but when I used my HTC one the light stayed on and charged quicker.

OK, yesterday after rooting and booting the handset and flashing the interim CWM I flashed the "Remove 3 dots menu" mod but that has caused a boot loop.
I can get into HBOOT and Recovery just fine. (I do not have a nandroid backup)
I have tried to run the appropriate RUU (TMob UK) but it tells me that the battery is too low. (below 30%)
I have had it turned off (Fastboot - powerdown) and charging for a considerable time but still get that error.
Any help is appreciated. I wasnt panicking before but now I am starting to.
Thanks

I'll leave it charging in recovery for a while but there is no indication that it is charging. No red light.
Interestingly, while I had it charging whilst powered off it powered its self on after about an hour... not sure why.
Charge it while powered off, if anything you know that works. Leave it up until green.
I don't know if fast boot interferes with charging though.
The only way I know to actually power it off is by Hboot>Fastboot>Power off
When I do this i do get a red charging light after it has been plugged in for a second or two. I'll try again soon.
Anyone know any way to check the battery level?
The led goes green i think?
Mod or Die
Eventually, I would hope so, but I was hoping for a method to check to see if it was charging at all...

Hi,
please,i've the same problem.
Can you give me more information about?
I've bootloader unlocked and Cwm recovery in!!!
OK, first I charged it up by letting it boot normally into boot loop and leaving it plugged in for a couple of hours.
After that it was a simple case of booting into hboot, then fast boot. Once in fast boot relock the boot loader and while still in fast boot run the RUU on your computer and follow the onscreen instructions

Hi yall
I have just tried to reset my One X, it failed flashing, I rebooted it, and now Im stock without a valid rom and it just keeps rebooting into fastboot mode, and it does not help to charge the unit...

Well that is a bit difficult having a low battery. If you can get into fastboot mode make sure you select "Fastboot USB" by pressing the power button. And then you type "fastboot flash recovery recovery-clockwork-touch-5.8.3.1-endeavoru.img".
You have to make you have the Fastboot files are in your C: drive and have all the HTC drivers installed.
Also look here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1609190 and here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1603905, it might help

They might have to charge you to fix the phone. It won't be covered under warranty because of the custom ROM that was flashed on it.
Charge your phone in the "HTC QUIETLY BRILLIANT" screen you dont going to see any notification light. But if you have a light notification in your usb charger you going to see when your phone is charging or not.
Try to charge the phone a complete night.

To be fair its not HTC's fault, you did do something that they didn't intend.
Also don't charge from the bootloader it needs to be completely off, hold power and volume up to force it off.

I put it in bootloader to charge - it failed and switched off. Turned on bootloop to charge - same story. Tried with clockworkmod latest - same story. So I was going to send it back. Until I switched the usb port on the PC - then the battery problem was not there! I WAS ABLE TO USE RUU! That's how I fixed it.
Hey guys, im going to be as detailed as possible.
Couple of days ago i rooted my One X and it was all good, had installed a custom ROM and everything. But i found out that whatsapp doesnt play nice with custom ROMs. Sicne i need whatsapp( Yeah i tried to download LINE but i cant download large apps(?)) i decided to go back to the stock OS. I had a backup of nandroid on clockwork recovery mod and restored it. But it didnt get past the boot screen. Cleared cache etc still no dice. So i thought it would be a good idea to unroot my phone. No,no it wasnt.
I followed all the unrooting steps, locked the bootloader. Well here is my problem, when i tried to run the RUU it aid i had the wrong one. So i think i have found the right RUU but during the searching my battery went below 30%. Everytime i on/reboot the phone it just goes to fastboot. Am i wasting my time with this RUU stuff? or is it the way to fix my phone? If i it means anything, my cid is htc_44.
Thanks in advance
EDIT: Ok guys i really need your help, i cant even re-unlock the bootloader because the battery is too low. Whenever i try and charge it just goes to fastboot. Even if i try and powe it down it goes back into fastboot

Well my best guess is that you run the ruu directly after charging
Keep the phone in fastboot USB mode and run the ruu from pc with admin rights !!!

You can charge it from Clockworkmod 5.8.4.0, which is quicker and will charge more than the script.

Hi guys, im new here and I would like to seek help to fix my phone. I searched for similar threads but like this but my situation is different.
So I bricked my HOX last night (long story and because of the other things I did in panic some of which I cant remember a full story may not be relevant) but here is my situation
Now my battery says its too low to flash so I cant RUU flash
Its also re-locked and because battery is low, I cant flash the unlock (FAILED: battery low)
Im also not sure which CWM version I have. I do remember I flashed 5.8.4.0 at some point but Im not too sure if I overwrote with another. (So im not sure which CWM I have installed)
All these I tried today thinking I have 30% battery because I left the phone plugged to the wall last night but apparently the phone didnt charge thats why Im in this situation (battery too low to flash)
Now I managed (I think so) to turn off the phone, the screen isnt on (But there is no red light). But I will leave it plugged to the wall anyway (using HTC cable and charger)
edit: the phone screen is on, im leaving it plugged to the wall and there is this red warning saying battery level is too low to flash (so Im not sure if its charging)
Anything I can do to fix this problem?
Thanks!

I had a similar issue. Although you are a silly bugger for panicking and then forgetting what you did.
The only things I can suggest, assuming you still have 5.8.4.0 I think it charges in this version? See of you can do that...
If not, I am not sure.
I assume you did a nandroid and have tried restoring it?
Did you remember to flash the boot.img before installing the ROM that I assume bricked your phone?

Im not sure if the current one is 5.8.4.0. I do remember flashing it last night but maybe it did'nt work coz after that I charged the phone overnight (well for about 5 hours or so) and it still "battery too low to flash"
as for nandroid, I know I pressed backup at then the CWM but that was everything got bricked. Now I dont know if its still relevant (when the phone was unlocked I did go to CWM backup and it said phone is restored but that didnt help. Nothing happened and I could not boot)
I do remember that I flashed with boot.img from the "aokp_ICJ421-V2.0" but then again Im not sure if thats relevant since I did so many flashing and unflashing and what not :crying:
So now Im in a situation where I want to do the RUU but I cant because battery is too low, and Im not sure if its charging because Im not sure what my CWM version is but I cant flash the CWM to latest anyway because 1. phone is relocked 2. phone battery is too low to flash to either unlock or update CWM version :crying:
edit:
The RED LED light is on. Is it charging? But the screen is also on =(

Oke do this :
Download this file

Copy it to your fastboot folder, put the phone in the bootloader and execute the file. It will continuously reboot the phone and charge it little by little. Leave it for an hour or so and check how the battery is doing

Oke do this :
Download this file
http://db.tt/aLqeTpPO
Copy it to your fastboot folder, put the phone in the bootloader and execute the file. It will continuously reboot the phone and charge it little by little. Leave it for an hour or so and check how the battery is doing
