BeautySense 2ND EDITION
so I ported this rom to our galaxy gio from the ace.
its actually cm7 themed, but ported framework, apps, fonts, and many tweaks preinstalled, and has HTC apps

yes but it is not a real Sense, only a "like" sense
And this is only a port from ace ...
Sense lockscreen is only a app
and launcher is also not real sense launcher xD

Nice. HTC theme. I might sow it to a freind of mine that hase 1.

I installed it yesterday and it looks quite snappy and bug free. Very inclined to adopting it. One thing I would like to change would be the notification bar. In my gio it got a profound grey color and it visually stands out big time. Could it be possible to apply a semi-transparent notification bar patch to this rom???

Video recording works, but you have to install a camera app from play store to make it working, download camera ICS its the best

Hey guys, this is my first thread here at XDA and sorry if some people get exited seeing the title but this is just a very small guide on how to make your ace look like Xperia S (Just the Home Screen / Widgets / CM7 Theme)
I'm a huge fan of Xperia UI and i've been trying ROMs like Gingercruzt, XperiaTized but each ROM isnt perfect yet Gingercruzt was stopped and CoolCatGetHome still working on XperiaTized to make it perfect.

Use pngs of my xperiatized rom and put in framework res.apk of cm
Or make metamorph package

Buddy im not speaking about a ROM here these are just Launcer, Widgets and a apk file to give a look of xperia and in the screenshots i used Miracle V4 for stability and battery you can try these on any other CM7 ROMs

1) They should work on all CM7 ROMs
2) You need to have the Launcher and WidgetPicker for these amazing widgets to work

Updated the post with other 2 Xperia CM7 Themes.
They dint impress me but still a good Theme and i suppose the Xperia S update will be impressive because its Chris95X8 & Achep developing the theme

Only Mms need to be moved to system/app remaining normal apk install.

Installation
- Download and copy the downloaded ROM on to ur sd-card
- Reboot into CWM
- Wipe Data
- Wipe Cache
- Wipe Dalvik Cache
- Format System
- Install Zip From SD-Card and Choose The Rom Zip
- Reboot!
- Enjoy
-After instalation and setting up stuff Download Gapps ( for ICS ) and install it

First! Looks good, but I'll wait for a more stable version of Maclaw's ICS

So I installed.
I think it's very good and smooth (because it's based on Maclaw's AOSP) and if you love look of the Xperia UI you will find it beautiful.
But without amazing Album it's nothing special - for me it's the most important thing in whole Xperia UI.
And why there is no Xperia Power Widget? It's really missing.
Waiting for next release!

Power widget aint there on Xperia S and Xperia devices
Only Xperia Thas 4 and i said i would be working on it + album is wip

I think about this power widget in the middle:
Under the clock. Friend of mine has Xperia Sola with ICS and he has got it.
It would be amazing to see it in ROM, especially because Maclaws ICS doesn't contain power widgets in notification bar.
And AOSP power widget doesn't contain mobile data on/off button.
I found only one bug - there is no album covers in Walkman.

Okey, so I found Walkman with working albums. I put flashable zip as an attachment (down below).
It's made by ibanez7 and only bug is that Download Music Info doesnt work.
I tried to get the newest wersion frome there:

But it doesn't work. Maby SpaceCaker will find out how to fix it.
In Ace thread someone wrote about new launcher:

Download music info is because it most probaplydoesnt has the drmcopyrighted libs inside overlay/lib

Make wipe data factory reset
-wipe cache and dalvik cache

Download was working here. I added a dev host mirror just incase. This ROM is really for North America. If your not there you will have to at least change your GPS file. I will post a link with World GPS files shortly. Thanks for an interest.

it doesnt need gaaps because its a sense rom not AOSP rom

So it's included in the ROM itself then? This works on rooted devices right? Sorry, never installed a sense rom lol went straight to CM after rooting
