if he sells it, he will get more than he spent.

Well if you sell the Vivid, make sure you exchange it first so that you can get one that's brand new never used (you'll get more for it that way).

I pre-ordered from Handtec, as well. It's $690+ dollars after all is said and done so I'm going to sell my iPhone 4 to get some piece of mind.

I did! Set to ship next week from Negri Electronics.

Initially I was going to go with negri electronics but they could not tell me when they would be shipping the phones. The guy on the phone, Sergio stated he didn't know how many phones they would receive in. He finally emailed me and let me know they had about 300 pre-orders and only about 100 phones coming in. He said that for the remaining pre-orders it is unknown then they will ship out. This to me was unacceptable so I went with Handtec instead.

In reality GN cost me just £218 I made some money buying/selling iPhones and bought myself iPhone 4 which I`m selling tomorrow for £300 And because I bought GN on credit card, these 218 will be spread over 12 months, so, won`t feel cost.

I got mine on contract with Three from a Threestore in Preston. £40 a month with a free phone on the one plan (2000mins, 5000 text, 5000 three to three mins, unlimited internet). Just to add as well, the phone is unbranded and unlocked for any network. The only network related app i have is the Three app (downloaded myself but very useful).
I looked in to buying the phone and going on a sim only contract as this sometimes works out cheaper but for me it's simply not the case.

I'm so mad, i bought mine 34 days ago, i'm 4 days over the price match policy

I got mine from craigslist, with the case included for $260. It was like a couple weeks after boxing day, I was getting frustrated with trying to score a transformer prime and decided to pay as little as I could for it. I also got the case, so it was almost the same deal as what's going on now, so I feel ok. When the tablet drops to $150 I'll start feeling more meh about it.

ahhh true that...i just got me flyers today lol. well 2 weeks ago when i was at the source here (i live in the middle of nowhere seriously) it was 349 when staples had it for 299 for like forever lol. heard about the 199 deal as two buddies from work were asking me about root since theyve seen mine kickin around.

When is the Best Buy exclusive on the white Galazy S3 for Sprint going to end? I need to get one off contract, but I refuse to pay $699. I know Sprint is an option but I'm trying to avoid paying tax on the purchase.

Nope, they don't carry it for Sprint. Apparently only Verizon and AT&T. Seems Best Buy and Sprint are the only places that carry it for now. Sucks. Guess I'll have to keep checking Swappa and Ebay.

Most online places won't charge state tax if they don't have a retail presence in your state. Plus Sprint is forced to charge both a state and federal tax on the sale of their phones which ended up being about 15%. I'd rather wait and find it somewhere else.

This is the dead best. Throw in their warranty and you never have to worry about bricking it either..
But what do you mean that you got a $100 "refund?" I got mine for 175... how do I get a refund also...
Actually, the absolute best deal if you don't care about the warranty is Walmart online. I don't know if they are still offering it, but they had it for $250 online with a $100 dollar walmart gift card. That is the cheapest that I gave seen it. Hands down.

Another data point: I bought mine from Best Buy about 2.5 weeks ago for $240 (2 yr contract). Went in yesterday and they credited me the difference to match Amazon's $199.

I am sure a lot of people know this and have read the terms and conditions during checkout...watch out for the ETF fees for both the distributor and carrier...I believe Amazon Wireless charges $200 on top of ATT $325 and Walmart Wireless charges $400 ETF on top of ATT $325 ETF. If one calculates out the discounted price with the double wammy ETFs...the total cost to buy out the Note II comes out to be a little more than purchasing from ATT or Negri.
I think Negri Electronics has the best deal right now...but they are still out of stock. Most 3rd party distributors have a delay in shipping the i317 right now.

Assuming you guys dont know how to read because OP is looking for Note 2 WITHOUT CONTRACT.
