Hi,
I installed the lastest version of CM 7.2 by phiexz, and I read that the kernel included has BLN functions.. But I don't know exactly how it's work..
I downloaded an app (BLN control - Free), and when I click on the test button, it's work.. But when I receive a sms, don't work..
Someone can help me? Maybe I've do something wrong?
Thank you and sorry for my bad english

[I'm not really sure that it'll work on DZ (I didn't have the device to test), but the drivers are almost identical.]

Tested on Hong Kong Desire Z, CM7 stable, pershoot kernel.
UNABLE TO BOOT after flashing the kernel update.
That update won't work with CM7, it's for official ROMs only.
Please try the one I'm attaching to the first post now.

sorry to say that but it still won't boot, freeze on the splash
EDIT: is it because I'm using pershoot's kernel?

Nice work!!
It worked, the sound is very clear, but the volume of my own voice is a bit low.

Thanks for the work! Been waiting for this for awhile as-well...
I have the memory of a goldfish and calls in the car are about pointless as I just forget the details.....
I'm getting force close. On cm7 is there a certain step I need to follow?

Hi!
I tested a lot of application, but this is seriously the best and mostly works!
Thank you!
Btw. I ceased to operate connected by USB storage, it is somehow possible to solve?
Sorry for my English, and thanks for response.

Is there a way to get this to work on an unrooted phone? I can't seem to get the update installed because I have stock recovery (stuck because I'm on the new gingerbread release). If this has nothing to do with it, sorry for my misunderstanding.
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hello!
I'm sorry, but this approach serves only to sets with the root. After the root is necessary to load the kernel 2.6.32.28 [here in the first post = update_vision_stock_2.zip or update_vision_cm7_2.zip, depends on what the masses ROM]
The application CallRecorder works perfectly then.
If I'm wrong I apologize, but I think that it should be.
so is this pretty much a flash the appropriate zipped file (im assuming its the kernels) through recovery and install the app?
no need to go download lordmod's kernel?

Exactly. Just flash, install, and be done.
This works great! Just wanted to give a Thank you to the dev! Amazing app.

EDIT: Some conversations are not recorded. Unluckily for me its the conversations that I NEEDED recorded lol just my luck.
It seems that any of the "longer" conversations dont get recorded. The longest convo I have which actually recorded is 2:38 (less then 3 minutes). Or at least do not show up in the list when I open the program.
Im on T-Mobile G2, Running CM 7.1 RC, Flashed the CM kernel as per OP.
I might be doing something wrong but any help would be appreciated.
I tried to go back to Stock 2.2.
When I flash the Stock Kernel the phone gets stuck in HTC Logo Boot Loop.
Any Suggestions?

I seem to have the same problem. After updating the kernel and installing call recorder app I'm no more able to access my memory card via USB. I used to get a screen where I could select if I wanted to use it as mass storage but that screen doesn't appear anymore.
Other than that I'm very happy that I can finally record calls in a decent quality and due to the lack of a Thanks button (or at least I couldn't find it) I wanted to express my gratitude here!
Cheers

What ROM you are runnning? I had an old Skype app that worked fine in the HTC official WM6.1. Skype stopped publishing it but it should still work, is this something you need?
long time no response so I assume you don't need the app.

To fix the first issue make sure you do a pristine installation as this doesn´t happen for others who installed the ROM this way.
About the secound one, well this can be Whatsapp itself or because the rom doesn´t support the file format. I´ve had this issue too with Voice Messages send from a Iphone but can´t tell for now this wasa Whatsapp issue or becasue the ROm was missing support for this type of audiofiles.
Just am pretty sure CM10.2 supports this type of audiofiles. I´m using CM10.2 on my S3 mini now and there it works and I assure you the sources used for both ROMs (Cm10.2 for S3 mini and SGW) are exactly the same, just ported to both devices, so the fileformat should be supported in CM10.2 for the SGW as well.
it works on cm10.1 too .. but cm9 its very good for our devices .. so we need to fix this problem on cm0

Dear OP if possible can you also make this ROM available for n910s?

Just tried flashing the rom. Installation works, but when the phone boots i get a com.android.phone error and as much as i try to click it away it still pops up . In the top right corner i can see that it doesn't read my sim card, thats probably the problem. Maybe i did something wrong? Can someone help me? I use twrp 3.1.1.0, backed up and restored efs just as the instructions said, but it doesn't work. Model: n910c.
