There is a way with the all in one tool if you unlocked using HTCDev, and it calls fastboot oem lock.
But this will show *RELOCKED* on your bootloader screen.

You can flash your old unlock_code.bin if you still have it.

Unrelocked?
Hi, everyone.
I have a question to ask you guys. Is it possible to come back to "locked" status after I unlock it? I really need to get this status to be "locked" because I need to go to HTC care to claim my phone and they said that I need to do "locked" before claiming it. What should I do? Help me please. Thanks!
PS. They said status "relocked" can't claim too. Just only "locked" can claim.

you just can lock again With fastboot OEM lock ,but i recomment to save the unlock_code.bin

Once you "unlock" your phone, you can never have it "lock" as the original. Only "relocked" is the best you can do.

Arr, that's really bad news for me. Therefore, I can't claim because it never goes back to "locked", right? How do I do? Arr, really stress!!!

Can only be relocked.. never lock
I have heard and I don't believed everything I hear but as long as phone is exactly back to stock minuse the relock on screen it is not a total void.... since HTC gives out the unlock code them self's it is a loop but if it can be proven that it has been altered it is..... now I'm sure I am wrong and I will try to research this more and post either my verification or my d
Failure on this subject so for all u reaching for the replay bottom already just snap that finger back.... one again THIS IS NOT FACT THIS IS RUMOR!!!!!!!!

You can not get s-off through the official HTC unlocked bootloader. Skip all of this and go to the xda wiki, follow instructions on how to downgrade and root there

Yup, but why on htcdev.com we can... ? It's official trick to get off security...
Well it isn't, all it does is allow minimal security flags to be removed, enough to open up a few fastboot commands. It can allow you to flash a custom ROM but it will not give you s-off and it will give more headaches then anything else

How can I check that my bootloader is unlocked?
I don't know how can I check it.
This numbers *#*#7378423#*#* didn't work
Boot into bootloader (hold volume down when powering on or adb reboot bootloader) and write down everything on that screen here

It is no unlocked but you have some security flags removed, it was probably rooted but not through the recommended method. What are you trying to accomplish right now?

I want to flash via fastboot boot.img (kernel)
You can go through the htcdev site and get an unlock code from them, really not a great way though.
Preferred method to root and install an engineering bootloader can be found here

Read up on the rooting method and how to use fastboot all linked there
