[Q] How Do You Change Keyboard/Recents

Hey guys, i was wondering how I can revert back to the original android ics keyboard on my htc one x? I dont like the HTC keyboard and want to use the AOSP keyboard. Also how can i change the way the recents look? I dont like the HTC Sense version of the multitasking and I want it to look like the AOSP kind.

Your only option would be to download a AOSP "lookalike" keyboard from the PlayStore.
With regards to the Recent app list you are stuck with that im afraid unless you unlock and flash an AOSP rom.

Any way to replace JB lockscreen with ICS?

I really don't like the animation that the Jelly Bean lockscreen makes when you turn on the phones display, is there any way to go back to the ICS version without reinstalling ICS? thanks.

You could install a third party lockscreen made to emulate it from Google Play.
Go Locker + the "Go Locker Ice" addon seems to do it rather well. If not you could always wait and look for a ROM that ports it over.

[Q] Customize JB Lockscreen (mod?)

I'm looking for a way to customize the Jelly Beans lockscreen to replace Google Now (the one on the "up" position on the slide ring) with the Phone app.
I've seen that some custom ROMs have this, but I'd rather not flash a custom ROM, I just want to flash a mod on top of stock 4.1.1.
I did search the forum, but couldn't find one.
Does anybody know of a good way to do this?
Thanks!
learn. diy. watch how rom devs implement those changes.

If you don't want to flash custom Rom, get this app called widget locker. Which is not only customizable, but also really functional!

Thank you for the tip. I looked into this Widget Locker app, and it seems to be great feature-wise. But according to reviews, it seems to have several issues on Jelly Beans (slow/lags, makes user unlock to take a call, high memory consumtion, among others).
Ideally, I'd like a modded JB lockscreen to flash on top of my stock JB 4.1.1. Since that is already implemented in several custom ROM's, I figured someone might have done a stand-alone lockscreen mod to flash just that.

[Q] Does anyone have the AOSP lockscreen for deodexed LH9?

I very much like stock roms (rooted, deodexed, etc) over the custom roms. I've noticed a few custom roms have had lock screen toggle options in settings and such.
I sorely miss google music controls on my lock screen and want them back!
I am running deodexed, rooted LH9. Anyone know how I can get the AOSP lockscreen back?
Thanks!

[Q] Any good mod for stock 4.1.1?

I just unlock the bootloader, rooted and install cwm... Im having a hard time trying to find good mods for stock 4.1.1 gsm.... Any suggestions? Im looking for toggles on notification shade and a better looking notification window...
Does the camera and keyboard app from the 4.2 works on 4.1.1 stock gsm?
For notification, you can use Widgetsoid. You might have to buy the donate version to get full features though.
