Hi folks,
I got a brand new Desire Z yesterday and I've experimented with the video recording mode. Apparently its supposed to record in 720P, but when I uploaded the video to youtube directly from the phone, it only shows it up to 480P.
Am I doing something wrong here?

Its doesn't record in 720p by default you need to change the resolution from the camcorder settings.
Im having trouble playing videos on my desire z
Once ive recorded something using the camera on my desire z, when i press the play button it says sorry video cannot be played!
how do i fix this?

You should wipe everything and reflash a stable rom.....Enoms The Official G2 or CM 6.1.1.

All 2.3 ginger sense roms like insertcoin S and RCMix S and all the other S roms, have a weird problem..
When i am recording a video in 480p (non HD), it records OK, but when i try to play that video, theres sometimes weird black lines that distort the video..
I am using the newest 5.17.23 radio..
Anyone got the same issue? and a fix for it ?

I am using RCMixS v2.0 BravoHboot and I just tried to record in both 720p and 800x480 and it plays it just fine. No problem here.

I´ve installed CM7 RC1 jordan on my Defy and noticed that the video recording is stuttering in all but low quality
Is there any way to fix it or do I have to install a newer CM7 version?
if so, do I have to do a full wipe or can I just upgrade from the one I have?

Install RC1.5. See #2 in http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1065798 for instructions.
I suggest you use gapps-gb-20110828-signed instead of the version mentioned in the FAQ.

video recording issue
Hello, I've some problem in video recording at "low" resolution.
The file is corrupted, after 3 seconds the video stops playing, only the audio is recorded.
Video recording at "high" resolution has no problem.
