Quadrant benchmark? - HTC One X

Isn't the one x supposed to get close to 5000? mine won't get over 3800.

I'm in the same boat not hitting higher than 4300. But it can because I'm still on 1.19.707.1 firmware.

I'm getting a little over 5000 but never lower than 4900.

Are you over 30% that and under slows the CPU to 1 GHz.
Sent from my HTC One X using xda premium

Yup I'm over 30% battery and under hardware it just says quad-core but with cpu spy it does show 1.5

Nope, I was under 30%. Interesting. I didn't know we lose performance with lower battery life. Anyway to turn this off?

I never got more than 4900... Mhm do you bench without Backroundprocesses?
Sent from my HTC One X using xda premium

I get about 4.8k on most tries.

We don't lose performance, it slows the CPU to save battery making it last longer.

It's the same. Just the build structure is different. The chemistry is the same.
Flat li-ion batteries(as opposed to round) are li-ion-polymer. Like the ones in phones.
I'd lean toward the app being wrong before the battery being different than advertised.

Oh my lord.
It's the correct info.
It is a li-ion battery. Polymer is just the structure.
Just google mate.
Li po & Li ion batteries are basically the same as they are both Li ion the difference is in the build of the batteries as described here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lithium-ion_polymer_battery

HTC One X Quadrant Benchmark 6600

Hi guys, first time poster here. I've been reading a lot about how you guys do benchmark tests so I decided to do one of my own. I am running stock standard Jelly Bean 4.1.1 I received in an OTA update this morning. I'm from Australia on Vodafone. Anyway, I read that people were flipping out because the HTC One X ALMOST passed 5000 but mine just got 6600 about 5 times in a row. Is this normal?
Sent from my HTC One X using xda premium
Really? Mine 6700. I think its normal
Sent from my HTC One X using xda app-developers app
Just did, 6.6k, seems normal.
I need to brag full stock
Sent from my HTC One X using xda app-developers app
mine is 6900-7000 :\
Alright, no worries guys, I wasn't sure what was going on. I didn't know if my phone was a freak of nature or just a natural beast. Thanks for clearing it up for me guys

Your phones tempture?

So I'm not sure if I've been noticing this or not but after decent use of my m8 my phone gets pretty warm. Up to 113f earlier today. Do you think this is too hot? Or does yours warm up as well.
Thanks.

113f for a hi perf ic is just dandy.
