ICS UI for Xperia - Xperia Arc Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello...
I've noticed that the ICS update for Xperia arc S still has the interface (the top bar of the screen) of GB.
What's up with that? The favourite thing of mine about ICS is it's awesome UI! Why does Sony always have to screw things up....
THanks

The top bar is the stock Sony ui, not gb. You can use uot kitchen to mod it, or use an aosp based rom like cm9.

[Q] themes to use with unnamed ROM?

I recently installed the unnamed ROM on my phone, and I really do like it. However, i'm not a fan of the default touch wiz interface. I flashed an ice cream sandwich theme over it and I lost the extended toggles that came with the ROM...I really liked those toggles I was wondering if there's a mod I could get so I could flash the toggles over the theme to get them back.I've searched for one but to no avail. Also, this is a long shot but the transitions with the unnamed ROM are a lot nicer then the transitions with over stews Ics theme (ironically the ROM is using Ics transitions) . Is there a way to flash the theme and keep the Rom transition.
A completely ddifferent choice would be to flash blazers rom which comes with an ice theme packaged in. Is blazers rom comparable to unnamed? From what ive heard it has a lot of bugs and isn't the greatest on battery. what's everyone's opinion?

[REQ] Transparent Notification Bar

Hi!
I'm running the latest Sony ICS Beta and it is really really great, Thanks Devs!
I would like to have a fully transparent notification bar (not the whole drop down panel only the vertical part where data icons are displayed). It seems it's already a little (very little) transparent in this rom.
Could someone help ? I searched for solutions but I didn't find anything I could do with my actual knowledge
Thanks again!
Well since there is little chance they would do that to the Rom, I suggest using the app called statusbar+ it makes your notification Bar look like windows phone 7 (which has transparent background)
Btw isn't the notification bar horizontal? Lol
sent from my Xperia PLAY running DiXperia
You could always try making your own
Try MIUI V4 it's ICS version.
MIUI is a whole different experience specially the GB version

[Q] Arconium ICS 1.0 Notification Bar modifications

Hey,
I was asking myself if there are any Arconium ICS 1.0 Notification Bar widgets just like you can see in the attched picture. (I am talking about the Bluetooth and WiFi stuff )
There are some, but they seem not to work with Arconium ICS 1.0, or am I wrong on that?

You can have this if you install the Battery % mod here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1539752
For me it works

ROM

Hello, I wanted to ask, if it's possible to make a ROM with the androind gingerbread 2.3.6 Settings menu, so it looks the same.
Second, that It has the notification scrollbar like the 2.3.6, but u can scrool it to right or left, like the 4.0.4
And all those functions from 2.3.6.
But the ROM must be 4.1.2 ofc.
That would be so awesome.
The look should be like Remics, and the not. bar should be like galaxy s3 with that scrolling thing.
