can i change cid only on 1.32 ?

hey can i change cid only on 1.32 or is there any way to set them on custom roms ? curently im on virtuos unity 1.29

I'm working on porting Android 4 ICS (CyanogenMod 9) to the HTC Wildfire S. I'm looking for people who have a smartphone from:

Goto Settings -> About Phone
Please tell me the Android Version, the Kernel Version and the Baseband Version.
ITurn on Fastboot in the Setting, turn off your phone. Press 'volume down' and hold it then press the 'power' buttion till you get into the boot loader.
Then tell me the HBOOT version.

How to Root HTC Desire A8183 Telstra Australia? Please

Hello everyone, I'm new to the forum and I'm new to HTC Desire. My English is not very good and that is why I use a translator (my language is Spanish in case someone speaks it).
They gave me a HTC Desire A8183 that has Telstra applications, but my Chip is Vodafone and here in Australia I can not be changing numbers every time, but for certain reasons there are things that do not work well and is not very stable that we say.
What I would like to know what steps I would have to do to improve it, delete the Telstra applications and put others for example, I have seen many tutorials and I was following the tutprial of HTCDev but I have gotten a bit dizzy and I do not want to make a mistake. Maybe you know how to do it better. :good:
