i have an htc desire hd stuck on htc logo while it in ota upgrade and its not boot up any more and i try to wipe data and factory format its same
i can going into hboot and fastboot right now
and this is all info about my pda

i cant flash custom because its not rooted and i cant root it right now

Try shipped roms, google it
My dhd wont boot up, but I have a backup of my old stock android..Well, when I do a restore (without any error) and reboot - just screen with boot animation (white screen and green letters - htc) ...So, one question..Do I need to flash boot.img from nandroid backup? My dhd is S-On.
Only if your changing to a different ROM, so yes would be the answer.

I flash boot.img from backup, and then restore backup but still stuck on splash screen...won't boot up!!

That shouldn't happen. You could replace it with clockwork or flash a ruu.

been trying 2 flash ruu 4 2days now with no luck just would be nice 2able 2 run a gold key with a ruu with no errors ruus fail on my sd card but card works fine on everything eles

Try flashing CWM recovery?
Are you S-OFF or bootloader unlocked?
