Just scroll to the bottom of the mobile facebook and click view desktop site on the bottom left, is one of the facebook options, I think facebook auto detects mobile connections and diverts to the mobile site

For some reason now when i click on a YouTube link on say XDA,or on a news feed like taptu,I no longer get offered the option to open it in the YouTube app.It only offers me option of web browsers

Try to uninstall and reinstall youtube app.
maybe you set as default to visualize it on the browser... you should clear the defaults in the browser apps
Did both of the above and still the same gives me any web browser I have installed(dolphin chrome etc) as an option to open the link but no YouTube app option. This is the same in several apps and even in web browsers

You can try a factory reset ! Backup your things with carbon, free from the playstore .....
Then at least you know if its a setting or not
Still having no luck with this even after a reset, got sent a YouTube link via a message and don't get the option to use the app in that either

HTC built-in "stocks" app is present in settings> accounts but no icon for it in app tray and no widget. Is this disabled on the Verizon HTC One?
Sent from my HTC One via XDA premium app
It can be found and launched by typing "stocks" into the Google search widget.
That did open it but won't search for stock. Error message that it can't sync. Similar error when trying to sync from settings>accounts.

Same error here.
I will do some digging, HTC may be "hiding" the application from the app drawer.
Hmm. It seems to work for me on my stock One. If only there were an easier way to launch it.
How do I get the Note 3 to view web pages in non mobile version but full version? All sites detect my device and default to mobile version, thanks.
If you are using Chrome just hit the menu key and click desktop

When ever I restart the browser all the history has gone i can have 10 pages open then restart, just the 1 page with Google is that normal
Why would ever page stay open if you exit the browser? Its not chrome (which keeps them open) . It did the same thing to me, but I never use stock browser's other than to see how they compare.

My suggestion is mercury and boat browser, both are better than all others in my opinion.

I prefer chrome, that allows me to sync my bookmarks and data stored on the pc, and the browser can not do cm11, chrome also has better handling of windows, so it is in my opinion, I hope you serve.
(sorry for my bad english)
