The JW4 source has been released. Go to https://opensource.samsung.com/ and then type GT-I9000_Opensource_GB_Update2.zip in the Search box.
It has already been posted .

It depends, some devs have ported AOKP lockscreen on stock Rom : Simplistic, Alliance and Wanam... They should be able to port this too !

Possible but have to be coded its just porting the app but its not easy have to work with the software and hardware

Its a lot hard to do with all htc framework and etc. The GS4 camera hasnt even been port to android 4.1.x

If you don’t see any themes, it means we’re currently not supporting your device’s resolution. You should not even have been able to download the app— but we might have missed “excluding” your device. We have plans to support more resolutions
