Any chance of the ASOP Lock Screen (possibly the black one from the viper rom) for my stock froyo??
also the black keypad with the white #s from his rom aswell.
any chance of a flashable zip for these?
would it be possible to apply these to the stock froyo or do i need a rom??
how about just an all black deoxed dialer??
As I understand it, the builds are different so the framework is different, so the mods for those builds are specific to those builds alone. You can always try, but I would imagine there would be issues. Also, themes only work on rooed and deodexed framewrks so if you are "completely" stock then they won't function.

I'm on my phone right now so posting links ain't gonna happen and I apologize. Look in the development section for roms or do a search. There's the Syndicate rom from ACS, Epic Experience from shyzopunk(look for is di18 version), Androdena from n00ble. Those are the only ones I can think off of the to of my head there's also a stock but deodexed rom from n00ble and a deodexed template from dreamsforgotten in the theme section. The Syndicate rom has the aosp lock screen built in but once you pick a rom do a search for dk18 lock screen our check out my theme thread. The emotionless beast for eclair as I have it as a addon in the op

Yes you can flash n00bles stock de odexed rom and flash the aosp lock screen. If your worried about loosing data I've herd you don't need to wipe to flash his rom over stock but you can look for dreamsforgetton template. His template deodexes your system with out wiping anything. But before you flash any thing please do your self a favor and make a back up with cwm

Through CWM flash the zip in this thread
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=814789&highlight=theme+template
This will leave your phone as is and deodex (merges your .ODEX files into the apks in both system/ and framework/ so you can any theme) your current rom.
Secondly flash this from CWM after:
http://www.4shared.com/file/udiKZ_62/VanillaLock.html
That is the direct link from MysteryMotionz Emotionless Beast theme for DI18 download of JUST the AOSP Lock Screen.
The dialer I'll leave you to find one you like.
This is an all in one mod. It combines the features of lockmod, wifi tether, overscroll, crt, reboot, recovery and rotation lag fix mods in both ciq and nociq versions.
Thanks to K0nane for getting rid of CIQ for us. Thanks to sbrissen/teamsbrissenmod for tsmparts. Thanks to Maddoggin for the locks Mod which includes reboot, recovery and overscroll. Thanks to Chris41G for the rotation lag fix Mod. And last but certainly not least, Thanks to Necrosan for the wifi tether Mod.
Also thanks to Maddoggin for helping me get the stock version completed and to Acer for the stock battery icons.
These contain the full mods. Meaning that it has all of maddoggins files including his theme and all. No need to flash it separately.
For more info on the lockmod see here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1276553
I nor any other member of XDA are responsible for whatever happens to your phone. This is still being tested so if you would like to test and report back it is greatly appreciated. You must be Deodexed to use this. Flashing this will overwrite any changes you have made to AccuWeatherDaemonService.apk, Contacts.apk, Phone.apk, Settings.apk, SystemUI.apk, TSMParts.apk, android.policy.jar, ext.jar, framework.jar, framework-res.apk or services.jar.
Devs and Themers feel free to use this. Just remember where it came from.
Flash the zip of your choice with clockwork.
Changelog: 25 Oct 11 - All files have been modified. This is an update to include the latest version of the lockmod. Also fixed an issue where it would error on install.
29 Nov 11 - The AIO mod and the Uninstaller have been updated with the new lockmod.
30 Nov 11 - Updated all files so they are in sync. Added AIO Odexed and AIO NoCIQ Odexed
If you aren't Deodexed and would like to be, you can download this to get there. http://forums.acs-developers.net/sh...ck-EG30-Deodexed-with-Root-3.0-Busybox-1.18.4
No data wipe required
Available versions:
AIO: This combines the lockmod, overscroll, wifi hotspot hack and lag mods together.
AIO Odexed: This combines the lockmod, overscroll, wifi hotspot hack and lag mods together and is Odexed.
AIO With NoCIQ: This is the same as AIO with CIQ removed.
AIO With NoCIQ Odexed: This is the same as AIO with CIQ removed and Odexed.
AIO Uninstaller: This replaces all modified files with stock versions. This only works if you are Deodexed

Newest T-Mobile release of 2.3.4 GB MySense 2.32.531.1, rooted, deodexed, zipaligned, bloat removed. Added TDJ's v7 Sense kernel.
I put this rom together because I know a lot of people do like having their phone look and feel very stock but hate the sluggishness and battery drain of the stock rom. Lots of bloat has been removed so your phone should run a bit faster and battery should last a bit longer as well.
Warning! I am NOT responsible for anything that happens to your device. Please read installation instructions carefully!
Flashing Instructions...
Full Wipe. Thats it.
(format data, system, cache, dalvik cache)!
Much thanks for the help on this rom to TheDerekJay! Dsixda for the kitchen, UOT kitchen developers.
Instructions on flashing the Separate Mod:

-Boot into recovery.
-For this mod we will only be wiping Cache and Dalvik
-Install from SD card
-Reboot

I wouldn't exactly call myself a dev yet, but I am trying to learn all I can so I can contribute back to the community. I just barely setup Ubuntu on my machine last week, so its a long road ahead and lots of reading.
just keep at it bro, ur already doing good things..much appreciated
My friend was planning to get rid of the bloat and make his parents' MT4Gs faster. Rather than CM7, this will probably be way more helpful.
Awesome~ I sent my phone for warranty couple months ago, so I've been using the stock rom for a while, cause I was too lazy to reroot my phone till now.
I Love the MySense widget, but hate the bloatware. This rom it's perfect for now till the stable ICS gets release heehee.
Keep it up eqjunkie829! thanks for the rom.
I would like to get some feedback for a direction on this rom. What kinds of changes or features would you like to see on this rom in future updates. As a newbie to rom dev I would like to know what I should focus on. I will be leaving the link up for the stock debloated rom for those that really want a stock no problems phone.

The menu when you hold down the power button with rebooting into recovery, Hibernate, power down, etc. would be a great addition.
Well, i have no idea how much of this is possible but the things in Sense 3.5 ROMs that I would love to see in a MySense ROM are:
Lower auto-brightness
More "Quick-Settings" Options
Reboot Menu (already mentioned)
Replacement for "Faves" button to configurable.
That's all I can think of right now. Also, I can't remember, did MySense have a Twitter HTC widget? It's not in this ROM but I was curious if it was removed or MySense simply doesn't have it?

There were few requests for deodexed version of this rom so here we go:
Same as 0.1.0 just deodexed.
No other tweaks or changes been added to rom.
Links are at the bottom of the page.
Rom:
I present tFD10 rom.
1. Touch of ICS theme by Tiffany84
2. Added AOSP gallery for nice widget
3. Changed settings background to GNex scaled grey (thanks Ben's for help and research)
4. Changed touch sound to GNex sound (thanks Ben's for help and research)
5. Removed boot sound
5. Silenced Camera.apk as much as I could. It does make sound only when getting focus. No shutter sound, no recording sound on video.
6. Removed stock boot animation
7. Added International SGS II Boot animation.
8. Added app to switch between MTP and USB storage.
9. Removed bloatware.
Added tweaks:
1. Added VM managment.
2. Internet speed
3. Battery tweaks in buid.prop and in init.d
4. Undervolt -50 mv (thanks to Calkulin and his script)
5. Kernel tweaks in init.d (hope it works as planned).
6. Low memory management.
7. Tweak to help phone to go to deep sleep when idle.
If you need tether you should fall back to wifi tether for root users for now.
Installation instructions:
1. Download rom zip file.
2. Download modem zip file (optional)
3. Copy files to root of your sd card
4. Boot into recovery.
5. Do a NAND back up (optional but strongly recomended).
6. If you still running any GB build flash/apply Calkulin's format all zip. This step can be skipped if you running ICS builds. I have tried flashing this rom over FD02 ICS rom and had no problems. Also I have flashed rom after using Calk's format all script. No problems either.
7. Apply rom zip in recovery.
8. Apply modem zip in recovery.
9. Boot to system.

If you want to run completely stock themed rom here is zip file to flash stock FD10 kernel:

Please note that if you flash this kernel init.d scripts will not run and you will not have some of the tweaks.

If you want to flash just few apps delete apps you don't want from /system/app folder using 7z, copy modified zip to sd card and flash in recovery.
Please not that rom is odexed and if you remove xyz.apk you should remove xyz.odex file as well from the zip.
I made a flashable zip for modem for those of you who want to flash it in recovery.

May I present to you....
Stocktimus Series
Why?!
Even if we, by some MIRACLE, (Yeah right LG/Sprint By summer 2014. HA!!) get updated to Kitkat, there seems to be enough interest in another stock based ROM.
This is just a good base to make a Stock ROM the way you want. Just add the zips in Post #2, if you prefer. (WIP)
What this is...
This is just a stock Rom with some Tweaks built into it. If I didn't see an improvement, it wasn't added. It also has apps moved to /data to make it easier to remove what you don't want.
4-20-14 Stocktimus CE -"Custom Edition" added - This one is customized. See Below
You install this at your own risk!!! But really there shouldn't be any problems.
Install
Choose your flavor: Odexed or Deodexed, or CE
In either TWRP/CWM recovery wipe, /system, /data, /cache, and /dalvic. Just DON"T wipe "internal data". That's your SD
Bootup, depending on which ROM, may take up to 4 minutes. The apps from /data are installing.
It never hurts to go to Settings>System Updates, and update profile/prl
Special instuctions for both versions are in their sections.

Stocktimus CE - 1.5
Just a flashable update. This will wipe /cache, /dalvic and init.d scripts. So if you've added any extra scripts to your init.d, you'll need to add them back.
Before flashing, turn off "Eco-mode"/"Quad core control". This update now has scripts to control the CPU/GPU for better battery and the same performance. I've tamed Viper kernel.
I would recommend NOT using any app that will modify CPU. ie Trickster Mod. I made this because Trickster's settings wouldn't stick
See Change log above

Add-ons - updated 4-22-14
Extras and add-ons - Will update these when I get time - (WIP)
Wifi tether settings:
Device Profile>Generic ICS/JB (wlan0)
Enable Wifi Encryption
That's what I use and it's always worked
And remember, EITHER wifi or Tether per reboot. So if you run one of them, then you need to reboot to use the other.

If you want your phone go faster. (Not quite sure how to put that :silly
Go to Settings>Developer Options, about half way down there are 3 settings to adjust timing. Windows,Transition, and Animation. Try those on .5. I just set the Transition one to .5 and I works great for me.

Before you do any of the following, make a nandroid backup in recovery!
Kernels:
Stock ZVC - Built in with init.d support. Here
Evolutionmods CodeCraft - this is what Viper kernel is based on - Here
Viper Kernel o/c&u/v - Get it and read it Here
Trickster mod was what I've used with the kernels. But no matter what I tried the settings will eventually change. Using Viper 1.0 or 1.1

4X5 Home Sceen- gets rid of the google search bar and gives you more room on the screen - Thanks to Lrod0175 - 4X5 Launcher Works with Deodex.
To work with Odexed. In rooted explorer, go to /system/apps and delete LGHOME3.ODEX. Reboot to recovery and install 5x4 launcher. Done

Flashable Sprint boot and shutdown animation - With sounds. Here
___________________________________________________________________
If you want to change your boot animation, and it's not flashable, you can DL the Sprint with no sound above, open the zip with 7zip and replace the bootani with the one you want. Just make sure you name it bootanimation.zip. You shouldn't have to worry about permissions.
Heres a few if you want. Theres more in our Theme section
PartimusPrime thread. Built into Stocktimus, but in case you want it back. Here
HPTesla threads. Here and Here
octhrope's thread. Here
_Epic's thread. Here
This may not work for the shutdown animation

Modded LGBrowser - now with 25 tabs. And BTW, #17-25 do not have the little numbers for the tabs. This will work for all Deodexed Stockish ROM's. It SHOULD work for Odexed if you delete LGBrowser.odex

Thanks engine95, I was getting a little worried there that the Optimus G area was getting a bit like a ghost town. I love the ROMs more when it is stock, not completely stock.
Wait, I forgot to say - FIRST!!
Yeah baby!!
You the man @engine95! Thanks for this!

Thank you sir! Much appreciated man.
USB Debugging is grayed out and can't be turned on in Settings. This is not good. lol Bad flash? (Running DeOdex Version)
Edit: It magically showed up. All is good.
Hate random kernel crashes on Cyanogenmod 11. Hope this doesn't have any.
Could we use Qslide on this ROM if so where can I find it

You can try it. It's in the OpTimus thead here. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=46154045. If it doesn't work you should be able to restore, either your nandroid backup... or the flashable LgSystemUI.apk that's there to. I haven't tried that mod on this ROM yet so let us know.

The Qslide worked but it did that the icons to custom icons in the status bar. So I went back to stock.

I forgot about that, and thanks for trying it.
I remember now that it had to be ported for us. I think international got it and we didn't. Most who tried it didn't feel it was worth the trouble to pursue. I'll talk to Leo and see if it's something I can modify to stock icons.

I'm running actual stock right now. If you want I can pm you a dropbox of the stock boot ani.zip I know you have to set permissions for it to work correctly. And sorry op I didn't mean to hijack the thread with my longass response.
Edit: there seems to be 3 bootups and 2 shutdowns for stock. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/k8foh8dyh6oazwz/0xpLsBRl9M
That's a link to all 5 of them. As far as permissions go, I'll post a screenshot from my file manager showing them. You need to paste them in the folder I show, make sure you delete the old bootanimation.zip or it won't work.

Ahh thanks man you've done enough. If you want to just add sound that'll be great if not that's fine too. Much appreciated.
