Warning!!! DO NOT UNDERCLOCK this rom to 800. You will go into a boot loop. If your dumb enough to try this (like I just did), pull the battery. Boot into recovery. Don't freak, its the stock android recovery. Do a factory data reset and clear cache. Reboot. You should be back to where you were when you first flashed the rom...

A little Q and A:
Q: Why do I have to use el26 cwm kernel?
A: Because AOKP and cm9 require Clockwordmod (if you are clueless as to what that is go here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1587607) currently, if you've been in a black hole, or just to plain lazy to read and educate yourself on your $500 toy you are about to probably brick, we are using LEAKED ICS from Samsung. Whoaaa you say? Really? NO REALLY... therefore no source code is available and therefore CWM (Rogue Recovery implements some CWM, but Steady Hawkin doesn't have the source EITHER for ICS people) can't be added to to the kernel right now... so guess what? You guessed correctly!! EL26 is the LAST kernel to have true CWM added... BRILLIANT.
Q: Whay can't I use rogue kernel?
A: For Pete's sake, we JUST covered this in the above post, duh
Q: Why do I have to use an ICS kernel?
A: Because gingerbread kernels don't work on ICS
Q: This so and so doesn't work...
A: REALLY? Are you sure? Because it worked for all the testers and ME. What did YOU do to create the event? Did you try a backup that borked things? Do you have a logcat? Have you cleared the apps data etc and reboot. Come on, help YOU help YOURSELF...
Q: Hey is there any way to change the font on this rom..... ?
A: Yep, I use Rom Toolbox, but I know there are other apps that work..
Q: Anyone having GPS issues? No GPS for me?
A: Works for me. Try downloading Fasterfix and Gpsfix. Run them in that order and try again. You can uninstall both apps after. I did this several roms back and have never lost lock since.
Q: Here's a potentially stupid question.. How can I update my PRL on this ROM?
A: You can't. After odining the FULL EL26 tar (THAT MEANS A WHOLE ROM FOLKS) with ODIN (not mobile odin) update your prl and profile. Then flash the rom and gapps in cwm... easy peasy
Q: Oh my god, please take me by the hand and show me where I can find modems and kernels.... oh my god...
A: Are you serious? The first 2 stickied posts in the development section and you can't find them ???(by the way all the kernels are throughout the development section, you will have to put forth at least a LITTLE effort to find those...)
Q: I'll use once 4g works I just don't get how it works on every other build but this lol
A: Really, it works on EVERY OTHER ROM? Are you sure, because you just wrote this in black and white in the thread, showing us all that you have no clue that you have any idea you know what you are talking about.
Q: Which version of gapps can i get the email in?
A: YOU CAN'T! EMAIL NEVER WAS AND NEVER WILL BE IN GAPPS!!! It's a system app for whomevers sake! Stop asking that question! It's driving me nuts!!!! GMAIL is in Gapps... ok rant over, until the next question that is...
Q: What modem comes with this?
A: None that I know of
Q: I have an exchange account and the email is syncing fine, but it isnt syncing the calendar............is anyone else having this issue or know of a fix?
A: Originally Posted by cknuth, "I have had trouble getting my calendar to sync on every ics build. App from the market called "haxsync" fixed it right up. Worth a shot?"
Q: What modem will work with this?
A: ANY gb or ics modem works on an ICS rom believe it or not (I prefer EL29 myself).
Q: How do I flash this?
A: See Post 3
Q: Does this require a full wipe?
A: See Post 3
Q: How do I flash if coming from gb?
A: See Post 3
Q: What all is in this?
A: OMG please read. Starting from the very top please...
Q: What kind of rom is this?
A: Really? See above question... urghhh
Q: What is fd02 and what does it mean?
A: Its the build number from Samsung/Sprint (built the 2nd day of April) for the rom you are using
Q: My notifications stop working after a call
A: DO NOT EXIT. After hitting END allow the phone program to exit itself. If thats to complicated then pull the battery and reboot..
Q: Where is the el26 kernel??
A: We are trying to make this as easy as possible. I've added a link to the EL26 Tar file toward the top of pg #1 and in the flashing instructions on pg #3.
Q: If only we could change the color of signal and battery in status bar. I'm guessing those are part of the minimul theme and that's why they are white?
A: You are correct sigh...
Q: In order to do this we have to to go from ICS back to EL26 GB, but every time I do that I get the yellow triangle, can somebody help me please?
A: Use Traingle Away found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1494114 or use sfhubs auto root found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1342728
Q: You offended me with some of your answers
A: If I offended YOU, I apologize. I tried to make some answers humorous (I'm sure several developers thought they were). I am a nice guy (ask anyone who knows me). But you have to keep in mind that XDA is about development. Not about you getting free stuff. Mijj and I worked hard to develop something new and different. We are SHARING what we have. We both work, have families, and don't profit from this (I wish). And believe me this is TIME CONSUMING. So when you say well this app and this app doesn't work, well it's irritating. We more than likely we didn't create the app and you wasted space by not sending any relevant information (like a logcat, modem kernel setup etc etc) so we could try and fix the issue. If you were posting to say hey, there may be an issue, and here is the when what where, why etc. Well that would be different. But hey 4g doesn't work (and its already in the op) is not helping at all. So please take time and click the threads in my signature and READ what XDA is about why we are here and why YOU are here and how its supposed to work... Peace V

I want to make sure this is clear, T.C.P. is the man that brought us AOKP. He is the sole developer here. I am just a simple man that likes to add the little stuff to help him out and provide support. So for the new folks or those that want to know, this started in the General section. I brought up AOKP and T.C.P. was on it in a flash and was kind enough to keep updates as the AOKP team updated their ROM. Eventually its popularity brought it over to the Dev section and here we are now. So please, be so kind as to throw this good man some bones for his hard work. He is having some issues with his dev machine at this time and any little bit will help so that he can get it fixed and keep us updated with this outstanding port. Thank you to all and Enjoy!
T.C.P. has become a victim of a brick. Please donate so that he continue his awesome work for us. Donate link is below. If it isnt working at any time, let me know.

Tips & Tricks
Disable Hard Keys - Thank you -EViL-KoNCEPTz-, swampgoblin
Make sure you enable the Nav Bar in Rom Control BEFORE you disable the Hard Keys
- Download ES File Explorer
- Go into ES File Exploerer settings and enable Root Explorer and Mount File System
- Locate file sec_keylayout.kl in /system/usr/keylayout
- Open it with ES text editor
- Delete the four lines of code and save. It will automatically create a back up of the file and will now be called sec_keylayout.kl.bak. If you want to re-enable, just delete sec_keylayout.kl and rename/remove the .bak from the back up file.
Currently the backlights have been turning themselves off anyway but if you want to make sure they stay off, go into system settings>display>custom backlight settings and enable Use custom. Then select edit other levels and make sure the buttons column are all 0. Save & apply.
Workaround to mount both SD locations on your PC. Use Multi Mount from the Play store. - Thank you Killaphatboy
Workaround for sd_external. - Thank you gershee
***FIX***
- Download/install DirectoryBind http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1410262
- Set up the source and target directories. (source: /emmc target: /sdcard/external_sd). save.
- Click on the little floppy disk on the left of the field you just added, it should turn green. this enables it!!!! don't skip this! it must be green for it to be enabled.
- Goto preferences and enable "Bind on boot"
profit.
gallery and music now work.
It appears that you may have to rescan your media for this to work for some. If you are having problems with this working, try downloading Rescan Media in the market.

I think we will need CM9 fully functional then someone could port over the cherry picks that are added into that ROM...and there are alot of them. The pink unicorn with the rainbow stuff was funny the first time I saw it but that was a quick boot animation change on my NS4G.

First time flashing to ICS? see THIS post: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=24028398&postcount=683
Installation Instructions:
You must be running a kernel with CWM.
1) Place the AnaKonda Rom.zip on your SD card.
2) Power off your phone.
3) Boot into CWM.
4) Perform a wipe Cache, and Dalvik-cache. Now in Mounts and Storage perform format/system. Now wipe data (factory reset). You can also perform Calks wipe all zip (found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/atta...2&d=1330705940) if you want but not needed.
5) Select "install zip from file" and navigate to and select the zip.
6) When it finishes flashing, go back and select "reboot system now". The first boot will take a couple minutes. Subsequent boots will be much faster.
Warning: Do NOT restore system data with Titanium Backup. Do NOT restore ALL apps with data. If you absolutely must restore something with Titanium Backup, only restore MISSING apps with data.
7. If you DID NOT download the rom to your pc, and dl to your phone and there's a problem, try dl to your pc FIRST before you whine that its a bad dl.
A little Q and A:
Q: How do I get the Cosmic wallpaper to work?
A: Select set livewallapers. Select cosmic wallpaper. Lower left click select wallpaper. Then select which awesome color you want. Click ok and your done!
Q: What the hell is Odex Me?
A: A small program that will odex your system apps and make your phone FLY!! Once you do this though, you can't theme your system. You will have to do a full wipe and go back to the ORIGINAL rom to un odex. Just an fyi. Go here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1514576 for more info...
Q: What kernel and modem work with this?
A: ANY gb or ics modem works on an ICS rom believe it or not (I prefer EL29 myself), gb kernels though WILL not work on a ICS rom. I suggest any ICS kernel starting with FC15 on up... your mileage may vary...
Q: How do I flash this?
A: See Post 2
Q: Does this require a full wipe?
A: See Post 2
Q: How do I flash if coming from gb?
A: See Post 2
Q: What all is in this?
A: See Post 2
Q: What kind of rom is this?
A: See Post 2
Q: What is fc24 and what does it mean?
A: Its the build number from Samsung/Sprint (built the 24th day of march) for the rom you are using
Q: My notifications stop working after a call
A: DO NOT EXIT. After hitting END allow the phone program to exit itself. If thats to complicated then pull the battery and reboot..
Q: My GPS won't lock
A: REALLY? Hmmm, maybe it and the moons are not aligned correctly? There's so many workarounds on these boards about this that I suggest SEARCH button. I do know certain modems work better on some phones than others... and YES the modems are all over the boards too... SEARCH
Q: Why does the mirror say v1_2? Is it not the same rom??
A: No its the same, it just uploaded that way. It's still v1

Instructions:
1. DirectoryBind included in the ROM, Found Here.. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1410262
2. Set up the source and target directories as follows...
source: /emmc target: /sdcard/external_sd
Then save.
3. Click on the little floppy disk on the left of the field you just added, it should turn green. this enables it!
4. Goto preferences and enable "Bind on boot"
Now Look for emmc Folder and you will find you external_sd.
*Workaround to mount both SD locations on your PC. Use Multi Mount from the Play store.*

HOW TO FLASH 2nd POST
Tips:
This rom is set to load at 128 Dpi, hence tablet mod. If you change the Dpi I can't gaurantee things will work correctly and I really don't know the answer to anything beyond 128dpi. If you want a 240 screen use the regular AOKP. Its great!!! But the rom SHOULD work though 240 Dpi if you want to use it that way. For extra keyboards go to Xylographs thread. They are SUPER small though...
1. Set Font size to HUGE
2. In Nova Settings set the Desktop settings width and height to NONE for more screen size.
3. If you cannot find phone items in market (the market sees your phone as a tablet) set the dpi to 240 and reboot. DL your items then reset back to 128 and reboot. OR just go to the google store on the internet. That's much easier.
4. This rom is not for everyone. I realize that so don't tie up the boards with silliness...
5. If you want to change all the colors to match Mega Blue... USE HEX VALUES #ff0075ff in rom control
6. List of kernels: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1662295 look for also/aokp kernels are TCPs please thank him)
7. Hardlkeys on or off fix and sd card fix: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1514665
8. Mobile odin (follow the instructions) download: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1347899
9. Google Search Fix. Push to system/apps: http://www.mediafire.com/?ei5crmgacc0hp3e
10. Im not sure why everyone has such a hard time with miui locker... Simply start the miui launcher. Go into miui settings and turn it off...
11. If you can't stand the ghost vm mssg try this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=25947118&postcount=229,please thank Iandv who was kind enough to post it. Please follow his instructions.

How to flash:
Always do a COMPLETE Install as per below:
-Flash EL26 stock CWM kernel via the PDA option in ODIN/Mobile ODIN
-When phone begins reboot, Hold Power + Volume up until boots into recovery.
-Wipe data/factory, cache and dalvik cache
-Flash ROM
-Flash Gapps
-Reboot
It may need a second flash of the rom to get it to boot. So if your
initial rom flash is really quick, flash the rom a second time, right
after the initial flash.
Already on AOKP/Codename
-Flash EL26 stock CWM kernel via PDA option in ODIN/Mobile ODIN
-When phone begins reboot, Hold Power + Volume up until boots into recovery.
-Wipe cache and dalvik
-Flash an AOSP ICS Kernel
-Reboot
Fresh flash and want to include a kernel.
-Flash EL26 stock CWM kernel via PDA option in ODIN/Mobile ODIN
-When phone begins reboot, Hold Power + Volume up until boots into recovery.
-Wipe Data/Factory, Cache, Dalvik.
-Flash ROM
-Flash Gapps
-Wipe Cache and Dalvik again
-Flash Kernel
-Reboot
Back up and Restore
To back up
-Odin EL26 kernel
-Hold Power + Volume Up when Galaxy SII boot logo comes up to boot into Recovery
-Back up
-Wipe Cache and Dalvik
-Flash an AOSP ICS Kernel
-Reboot
To Restore
-Odin EL26 kernel
-Hold Power + Volume Up when Galaxy SII boot logo comes up to boot into Recovery
-Wipe Data/Factory, Cache and Dalvik
-Restore nandroid
*If you are restoring a nandroid that you backed up via the above
process, you will need to wipe cache and dalvik, then flash an AOSP
ICS kernel or the ROM wont boot because it is backed up with the EL26
kernel. Then reboot.
*If you are restoring a Gingerbread ROM, just restore and reboot.

Yeah I had issues with dev host AND 4shared so trying out this new site so we will see... the rom is 189.2 mb. Don't forget you need the HyDrA gapps below it. Thats another 52.1 MB
Dazed just mentioned it over in the discussion thread and I didn't notice it earlier.
Huge Congrats on the Recognized Developer status bro!! You definitely deserve it in my opinion.
Now Mijjah should be next......

Something S4 this way comes
V2 & V3 are based on Baked Black Bean by sniper, located here:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2123198
V1 is based on dastin1015's CM10.1 ROM- Wild For The Night located here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2099881
||Kernel Source||https://github.com/Team-Hydra/android_kernel_samsung_smdk4210(for both ROMs, thanks dastin1015)
It is an AOSP ROM with the flavor of SGS4 and the performance and battery life of the ExtendROM Series. The look of the S4 and the feel of AOSP. Best of both worlds.

TROUBLESHOOTING/BUG REPORTING/FAQ
Q - I flashed the ROM and now I have an issue, what should I do?
A - Don't freak out! Pull a logcat and paste it on to pastebin and provide me a link in the thread to it. Along with the logcat, please provide me with as much information as possible. Things that you would think could help me fix this issue.....i.e what version of the ROM you are on, what you flashed (mods, tweaks, etc.), what happened, what did you do prior to the bug/issue.
Q - How do I pull a logcat?
A - Check out this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1726238
Or this one:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2274119
Q - Do I have to wipe before flashing??
A - YES, (unless otherwise noted) even if you're coming from a previous version of this ROM. By doing a FULL (system, preload, data, cache, dalvik) wipe each time, it not only avoids any issues that come from not wiping BUT if you report an issue, I then know that is a legit problem and not because of lack of wiping.
Q - I see (Insert developer name) has fixed this or has added this feature, are you going to do the same?
A - NO! No disrespect to that developer but I have not and will not keep up with what other developers are doing.
1. Download ROM and GApps
2. Place ROM and GApps on SD
3. Reboot into a safe recovery
-EL29 Direct Boot http://www.rwilco12.com/downloads.p...ernels/Recovery Kernels/GB/Noobnl Direct Boot
***Note: YOU CANNOT FLASH MODEMS WITH EL29
-EL26 http://www.rwilco12.com/downloads.p...ernels/Recovery Kernels/GB/Chris41g/Stock CWM
4. Wipe Data/Factory Reset and Dalvik Cache (in advanced settings in recovery)
5. Flash JB Wipe All x2 zip
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2077277
6. Flash ICS Modem if not already on one (any of these will do. FL24 and FI27 are the newest ICS modems)
YOUR DATA WILL NOT WORK ON GB27, GB08, GA10 OR ANY OTHER JELLY BEAN MODEM. YOU MUST USE AN ICS MODEM FOR YOUR DATA TO WORK!!!!!!!!!!! AND GUESS WHAT THEY'RE ALL LOCATED BELOW... CLICK THE BUTTON. And there really is no "best" modem to use, most have little difference between them... Please refrain from asking, try them and see what works best for you. Everyone will have different experiences.

How to Update Profile and PRL:
YOU MUST DO THIS AFTER FLASHING A NEW MODEM TO ENSURE YOU HAVE DATA AND MMS WORKING.
First, make a backup of your current ROM. Then you need to get on TouchWiz ROM. Doesn't matter which, then wipe cache and flash the modem ( do it again if you've already flashed the ROM), then update PRL AND PROFILE. It will reboot itself. Then restore your backup and you should be good (or flash the ROM if you are doing this in the right order).
You can also update Profile in Settings/About Phone/Sprint System Updates
7. Flash ROM
8. Flash GApps
9. Reboot
10. Let ROM settle in, the boot takes a few minutes... Be patient, grab a sandwich.
v3:
-4G toggle
-press on build # repeatedly in settings/about phone until you enable developer options
-sniper- for v2 & v3 ROM base
-dastin1015- for the v1 ROM base and kernel for all versions
-Goddly- for Comadose Tweaks
-emnwo-for the original s4 launcher port that I tweaked
-bigdogrush- for pioneering Sprint Diagnostics
-Exit_Only-used some of his NOS tweaks
-Team BAKED-for inverted GApps
-Team AC!D-for Noozxoide sound mod
-GIGZ1971- Big Thanks for helping me get my computer back up and running, I would still be twiddling my thumbs.

BATTERY LIFE DEPENDS ON THE USER USING THE TOOLS PROVIDED IN THIS ROM (and below in the Extras section). IT'S NOT GOING TO DO EVERYTHING FOR YOU. SCREEN ON TIME AND A VARIETY OF OTHER FACTORS ALSO NEED TO BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION AS WELL. IN THE END IT IS UP TO THE USER TO MAXIMIZE BATTERY LIFE, NOT THE ROM. IF YOU ARE HAVING SEVERE BATTERY DRAIN, SEARCH "WAKE LOCKS"... Better Battery Stats included in this ROM is a good tool for figuring out the cause of wake locks.
IF YOU DON'T READ ANYTHING....PLEASE READ THIS!!
PLEASE be respectful and REMEMBER that this is FREE! I do NOT work for you! I have NOT and WILL NOT ask for donations for any of this! If you wish to donate, that's on you and that's just that.... a donation! YOU WILL NOT get an early copy of ANY ROM and I will not post your name/username anywhere....just not my style! Also please don't ask for ETA's or expect updates based on other things i.e. someone fixed this or whatever the case may be! I do this when I have the free time. I have a wife, kids, job, and life outside of xda that comes first. This is my hobby! So let's all play nice, get along, and have a good time. I appreciate all constructive criticism and suggestions. Doesn't mean I will take your advice, but I will hear you out. Positive feedback and screenshots are encouraged so I know what you guys like. Thanks for following my requests. Workarounds & Fixes
If you are having problems with MMS:
1. Did you update Profile and PRL after flashing the modem? (See Step #6 under instructions. Click "show content" or "spoiler" button.)
2. Did you try sending one to yourself? That usually kickstarts it. It takes a few minutes sometimes.
3. Try rebooting into recovery and wipe cache and dalvik cache and reflash the ICE CREAM SANDWICH modem (the one for your carrier if not on Sprint) of your choice. Then give it about 10 mins. Try sending to self again. If not post logcat in thread.

Yeah I think this was the fastest I have ever put together a ROM, cuz I knew exactly where I was going with it for once... Took me around 6 hours once I got started.

Been doing this for awhile, check out the EVO Shift forums, I don't even know how many ROMs I have there (my guess is 12). Theming is one thing I am NOT good at. I know how, just not good at it. I work better with code than images.

Me neither, I'm not creative in that aspect either... I'm more of a "big picture" type person.

I'm sure they can all be easily ported over as long as there is a decent base ROM... I won't do it tho, been down that road, I only do ROMs I can test now. So if anybody over there wants to port any of my ROMs, have them shoot me a PM and I will say yes. I just have a couple ground rules regarding the OP. Sharing is caring.
