superb just reading up on it now, unrooting not that I want to just in case.
What was your original rom? If there's one on shipped roms from your provider, you may not need a gold card.
Have you got the original roms details?

Yes I have already downloaded the original one
RUU_Bravo_Froy2_UK_2.14.207.1_Radio_32.44.00.32U_5.09.05.30_2_release_144166_signed
done that befor I even started rooting with it being signed that mean I dont need goldcard I hope so
If that's the same rom that was originally on it, then you wont need a goldcard
You could still create one tho! now you've been reading up. It wont do any harm at all.

Download 2.3 ruu from HTC website and run that. You keep your warranty while completely debranding your phone with it - if the purpose of this is warranty claim?
Yh that's the purpose I'll try it out thanks.

If you follow my guide completely(and flash a complete stock rom at the end), they won't be able to tell you ever messed with it.

Could this operation "erase" root and s-off too?
Thanks!
You will lose root and your custom recovery as this will set everything to stock, but you will still be S-OFF and it will be easy to root again

But it's not working. I tried it on my Desire HD (with ARHD 7.0.4) and I got error.

Have you tried what happens what happens if you press recover? And is your phone a telus desire HD or was it branded when you first got it?
And make sure it's on charge only mode when you connect it to your computer.

I have not tried to press recover. Yes, the phone was branded and it was Vodafone. Now I'am using ARHD 6.3.3 (because 7.0.4 is not stable and buggy). Kernel 2.6.35.14, baseband 12.65.60.29U_26.14.04.28_M, build number 3.12.405.1.
Well that could be the problem. you need the ruu for branded Vodafone, but you should be able to run that ruu if you got a goldcard.
Do you have a goldcard?

I don't know, maybe. When I bought it, it was sim free, unlocked.

and how to install them..need step by step guide..
and also what are the risk that phone can be HARD BRICK..? and what should be avoid so phone cant be HARD BRICK..?
Hard brick only occurs when fail to flash radios or flash the wrong HBOOT. And try this RUU its the latest official:

what is HBOOT and RUU...?
and how could i know i am flashing the right one..?
RUU = rom upgrade utility is a program who can restore/upgrade your RUU. And HBOOT is the same as POST in windows.
