Does anyone know a way to voice control the phone? I mainly was thinking that when I'm driving and my phone rings I can just say hello and the phone would answer. So......anyone know if our phone can do this naturally or an app that can .
Thanks in advance

Hi guys,
Does anyone know if there is a way to keep google navigation maximized when a phone call comes in? Id like to be able to continue seeing where I'm going when my bluetooth radio automatically answers the phone. Only workaround I have is to quickly switch to navigation while on the call. But not very safe to do while driving.

Guess this isn't possible or no app made to do this yet. Doesn't anyone else find it annoying when the phone app overtakes google navigation? Should be as simple as just muting the nav app and directing the call to bluetooth with the phone app running in the background.
My nav. Plays through my bt headset. But I've never experience the situation you described.
It would be interesting if someone has a fix for this.

Can't you hit the home key and pull Nav back up while still on the phone?

Yes I can do this but it's kind of difficult and dangerous to do while driving. I really would prefer my car radio to handle who is calling me which it already does and the Nav to continue guiding me visually without the android phone application launching in the foreground. I can't tell you how many times I hung up on my wife because I knew I was going to get lost if I didn't continue seeing where I was going.
Doesn't cm7 have the option to answer calls in background?

EVERY TIME I'M IN A CONFERENCE CALL OR 3 WAY CALLING SO TO SPEAK SOMEONE HANGS UP IT TIES UP MY LINE SHOULD'T THAT PART OF THE LINE FREE UP ONE THAT SINGLE CALL HAS ENDED AND NOT HAVE TO END BOTH CALLS CALL THE OTHER PERSON BACK JUST TO FINISH
A CONVERSATION.....SMDH
This is a feature phones been missing since my Palm Treo days. That was the last phone I've ever had with a flash button and option to end just one line on a conference call. If you find a way please share lol

This would be a nice feature to have. I find myself in frequent conference calls for both business and talking with friends.

Sorry about that, no it's not stuck i'm at work and I was trying to be quick and discreet about it....lol
Hello,
i just read about a Microsoft-patent. The idea is simple:
If you go to a meeting for example and you forgot to mute your phone, then it would be nice, if you could slap your phone to mute the ringtone instantly. This could be realised with the g-sensor.
It could also be used in mediaplayers for pause.
That was the idea, but i have no plan how to program anything
Maybe there are some peole who also like this idea?
Greetings,

Can't help with call volume but with slide to call you have to do it from the right of the pic in the number box then it should work.

Having the same problem here.
Did the update now call volume is low. All volume n the phone is turn up tho.
Was searching online and came up with this.
must be rooted.
Use Root Explorer
At the top right hand corner switch from mount r/o to r/w
Go to Systems/build.prop
At the bottom of build.prop text file there is a line;
ro.config.vc_call_vol_steps= 10
Ex: If number is 100 change to 10
save, mount r/o
Reboot
If that line is not in your build.prop then just add it to the bottom.
That seem to have work for me.
