Hello guys,
before I send this phone in for repair, I thought I might ask for some help.
phone not detected by computer so can't go into adb and mess around.
phone is brand new with stock rom, it boots, goes to 1st home screen (where you chose the country and stuffs) and it almost automatically reboots.
does that in a loop, I can get into recovery, but thats about it.
any of you got an idea?
you might try doing a hardreset
you might flash sbf with android 2.3.6 .
second will cost you possiblity to use ics or cm7.
[untill theres root-exploit for it]
but this might work
remove battery. then press power button and s until the end...
you'll boot in safe boot...
but you can't access to the recovery mode? power button and r + m?
so like I said I can get into recovery, but don't know else to do.
I got into safe mode but it didn't do anything. it rebooted too

thats the 1st thing I tried, and it didn't work.
I got into fastboot mode I think. dunno what I can do there . . .
also my computer can now see the phone but it asks for "fastboot MB632 S" drivers
which I don't have. I tried installing motorola usb drivers from their website but it doesn't do the trick.
does any of you have fastboot drivers for the pro?
i have this problem since 3 months and no body know to to slove it
got the fastboot drivers, does anybody have an idea what I can with fastboot?
flash a stock rom maybe?
Guys, i think my phone have some problem with it. I was charging my phone, screen was turned on as usual whenever it charging. But then my phone started to restart with all of sudden and stuck on the SONY logo then repeat (bootloop). Not on the loading screen (Xperia boot animation or in my current ROM Xperia T boot animation). The worst thing is I can not enter CWM or Flashmode in flashtool.I can only enter fastboot mode in flashtool.Ive been using Ultimate HD since 2 weeks ago but just today it happen like this.So can anyone help me with this?
Btw I did flash the ACID audio v5 before this happens. Then got a bootloop and I reflashed the Ultimate HD.
Use seus mate.
I flashed acid onto my rom a week back and had the same issue.
Out of curiosity did you clear cache partition and wipe d cache?
Ignore my 1st comment.
I flashed the stock ftf file and it solve the problem.
"The worst thing is I can not enter CWM or Flashmode in flashtool" actually i pressed the wrong button when asked to do so..
Nice...!

Before attempting to flash, try this:
Remove the battery and put it back
Boot to CWM
Clear Dalvik Cache
Boot to system
I did face similar issue couple of times after flashing Ultimate Xperia HD and another ROM. But both times, clearing Dalvik Cache by booting to CWM and then booting to system did the trick. Try it out.
So I had Doomkernel v14 and the jokawild rom on my phone and I went to flash my phone back to stock because I thought my phones battery was draining faster since I flashed them both on my phone. I went to flash the R800i_4.0.2.A.0.62__1253-4437_.ftf on my phone but when I flashed it, It won't load past the logo. Any solutions?. I think it's because I didn't remove jokawild but can I fix it? :crying:
P.S I am a 15 year old noob :/
Thanks.
You could try flashing the ftf file again. You could use this tool:

It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.

1. Turn your phone off (pull out your battery and insert it back)
2. Open flashtool (I think you know how to work with it since you already flashed a file) and choose your firmware
3. Hold the back key of your phone while connecting it to your computer.
4. Then it will flash your firmware.
Fixed

Hey guys i was wondering if u can give some help with this...
Yesterday i took a pic with my Xperia ZL (C6502) and then, it suddenly began with the restart loop.
First of all i tried with Sony PC Companion to get it back to stock rom but didn't work.
Then i tried (twice) to flash it with a stock rom with flashtool, for the first time i unmarked wipe cache and data, because i wanted to backup my apps and stuff and it didn't work, and for the second time i marked these options, but i got the same result ....
After that i read over the internet, and i remember someone talking about it's problem (boot loop) is related with the baterry phone and i don't think that's the problem, so anyway i haven't removed even.
Later i saw on sonymobile a flashtool developed by sony (emma), so i downloaded but i'm still waiting for sony's aprovement on my account to use the software.
So guys, what u think about that? Any idea to help me solve this?
By the way here are some data of my xperia
Xperial ZL (C6502)
o.s: android 4.4 kitkat
unlock bootloader : yes (emma requirements are unlock bootloader active)
Does it only boot when on a charger? Then your battery is dead and you'll need to replace it. However this sounds a little bit different, the first thing that comes to mind is a factory reset & wipe all cache. Usually boot loops are caused by corrupt user data.
Me too, my phone stucks on the initial settings and then restart

Thanks for reply VenQWish, when the phone is connected to the charger, it power on by itself and start with the loop, it never stop, but i still can get into flashboot mode when its connected to the PC.
