It's just standard HTC Sense 4.0 theme, altered with the Beats Audio wallpaper, found in the HTC wallpapers folder at the phone.

when i try to post up my screen from my phone, first it says incorrect format, then says connection timed out contact your admin if problem persists..

I think the 4 corners launcher it will look better and faster than the sense. Anyway Serajr is working on it and when it will be ready you will be able to try it and tell me your opinion.

Cm10 has 3 dot menu but donno about cm9....just go into settings>system>hardware keys....

Paranoid Android rom Settings.apk is modified to make that possible. Also I think it calls something from framework's resources to bring up those icons on the screen.
You can use that rom if you want but I have a question: why do you want on screen buttons when you have them on your phone? They are pretty useless and they also occupy space.
I made the patch...only have to recompile framework-res.apk
And systemui.apk is also changed.....will provide a flashable zip tomorrow...
