I am trying to get my themes to apply throughout the whole UI. So far when changing a theme it only applies to icons and the lock screen, the dialer doesn't change nor does the status bar. Any advice on this or is this just not a functioning part of ICS yet?
you are running Miui v4 which is based off of ICS.
The themes from the theme application in MIUI are made for GB Miui builds.
That's why most of them won't work.
If you search the Miui.us site or around here on XDA you can find some themes made for Miui v4.
There aren't many yet, but be patient.
They are coming.

I posted in the modaco forums about a metamorph for the gingerbread theme.
this will only be useable on CM6 based roms, due to how it turns the status bar black and you need CM6 to change the text color to white.

I really would love to stay on CM7, its great and has everything I want but the call volume is way too low even with the updated kernel.
Are there any themes for sense 2.1 that look like the Androidian theme on CM7?
I recently installed the unnamed ROM on my phone, and I really do like it. However, i'm not a fan of the default touch wiz interface. I flashed an ice cream sandwich theme over it and I lost the extended toggles that came with the ROM...I really liked those toggles I was wondering if there's a mod I could get so I could flash the toggles over the theme to get them back.I've searched for one but to no avail. Also, this is a long shot but the transitions with the unnamed ROM are a lot nicer then the transitions with over stews Ics theme (ironically the ROM is using Ics transitions) . Is there a way to flash the theme and keep the Rom transition.
A completely ddifferent choice would be to flash blazers rom which comes with an ice theme packaged in. Is blazers rom comparable to unnamed? From what ive heard it has a lot of bugs and isn't the greatest on battery. what's everyone's opinion?

If you are talking about Theme Chooser from tmobile/Cyanogen I am almost positive it will not work at all no matter how you install it. I believe it ties into CM at a low level to theme the interface so it just won't work unless you install one of the early cm builds that are floating around.

Found a nice ICS blue themed miuiV3 music player app for gingerbread ROMs; however, the lyrics and online music features still do not work. It wasn't displaying properly for stock dpi so I modified the layout and corrected some pixels and swapped a few images. Here's a link to the original thread where I posted download link and screenshots of the alternate copy; tested on Epic 4G with Legacy ROM.
