I Found the phone on the beach,
Now he is blocked, i can't call or send sms, only use Network from my SIM/Any Other SIM.
Some one know how to unlock it for a use?
Friends said me to buy/change IMEI...
changing the imei code is against the law.
if the phone is yours call up phone company for puk code. This should unblock the phone.

No way to bypass the "Emergency Calls Only" to unlock/unblock the phone?
Return it to the police, it is not yours!

As above. Not your phone and blocked by the operator.

Lol, reflash it with no sim card.

I think it's nothing to do with the terminal itself. Normally, when a phone is reported as stolen, the operator bans the IMEI on their network.
Once a friend had the same problem with a phone he found in a park. I told him to try with another's operator SIM, and it worked, as the other operator hadn't blocked that IMEI. As long as the operators don't use a common blacklist, you can use the phone with another operator. Remember your phone must be unlocked to use any SIM.
Return the Phone
As you have mentioned you found it on Beach, Submit the Phone Police
Best solution would be to flash the device if you can via FASTBOOT... Once that's done all the locks should be lifted. Insert your own SIM and you should then have access. Other options are possible....
Hi:
I live in Bangladesh, South Asia. I have a Xperia Play sent from USA (R800AT) which is both root and sim unlocked. When I entered a sim of a Bangladeshi network, the network bar shows the carrier name for a while and went to "temporary calls only" after a few seconds. Then I tried to connect to the carrier by selecting the network from a list of mobile carrier, it replied "You sim does not allow a connection to this network". I replaced the sim with another few sims and it resulted the same. However, these sims are working well in other devices. I also tried to connect to internet by putting the APN details but could not establish a connection.
I tried to connect to internet through WiFi, I was able to get connected with WiFis but failed to connect to internet. All the apps (youtube, maps, browser etc.) replied "This application requires a valid data connection".
Could someone please help me in this? Many thanks in advance.

The R800at is carrier locked. You need to unlock it which requires you to pay someone to unlock it for you. Basically with carrier locked device such as R800at will only with at&t in the USA.
Thanks for your prompt reply. I didn't get one thing how is carrier lock different from network/sim lock? In the sim lock menu of the service infor main menu, it says as follows:
[] Network 5
[] Network subset 5
[] Service provider 5
[] Corporate 5
[] Sim 0
So far I have understood from what I read over internet that a blank parentheses [] shows that it's unlocked and [x] means locked.
I would appreciate your comments on this. Thanks in advance for educating me on this.
