EDIT: OK, finally had the chance to update this.
Similar to what josteink has done with the radios here, I've decided to try and compile a list of all the available bootloaders for the Galaxy Nexus, so that people have a "one-stop" for all of them.
Unless stated otherwise, I've pulled all of these myself from either the yakju/mysid factory images from Google's site here or from the OTA update file list that I have compiled here.
If I am missing any, please let me know, or point me in the right direction.
Notes:
1) I have no idea what the differences are between the versions.
2) The maguro, toro and toroplus bootloaders are identical, so you can use them on all three devices.
3) The bootloaders are shipping bootloaders. To date, I have only seen two individuals report that they had engineering devices, and they have not dumped their bootloaders for us.
Disclaimer: I take no responsibility if you mess up your device by flashing any of these bootloaders.
I have attached both the fastboot image (extract from zip) and the CWM-flashable version.
Bootloader List (in order -- newest on top):
PRIMEMD04 - Source: takju JWR66V factory image. Posted by Carlos_Manuel here.
PRIMELC03 - Source: takju JRN84D update
PRIMELC02 - Source: mysidpr FD01 image. I found this in a post by Whosdaman here.
PRIMELA03 - Source: yakju IMM76D, yakju/takju IMM76I, and mysid IMM76K factory images
PRIMEKL01 - Source: IML74K leak. I found this in a post by Gingernut78 here.
PRIMEKK15 - Source: yakju/mysid ICL53F factory images
PRIMEKK14 - Source: theSpam posted it here. Shipped with original yakjuux ITL41D build - no fastboot-flashable image available at this point

Thank you. I'll add it to the first post once I have time to write up how to flash it. I'll also add a CWM-flashable version, once I have time to create it.
Flashing bootloaders in cwm is just asking for a brick.

Let me guess: you are coming to the Galaxy Nexus from an HTC device, correct?
I can tell based on your post. HTC devices are notorious for brick with a failed bootloader or radio flash. There was no way to re-flash the bootloader given that we only had fastboot to flash it. Samsung devices are a little different: they have download mode, which can effectively flash images without needing to use the fastboot (i.e., bootloader) interface.
By the way, how do you think OTA updates flash bootloaders? In recovery...

+1 upon flashing the OTA, it does update the bootloader of their phone. It is perfectly safe, just be assured that the MD5 matches as the one in the OP post before flashing it in recovery / fastboot.
Tried downloading these, but evidently XDA is messed up right now and DLing any attachments results in a 554 byte file which is useless.
Good thing I check MD5-sums before flashing bootloaders
(PS: you spelled my name wrong in OP )

Not at all, just unlock the bootloader and flash the yakju images from the link you posted before (and search next time as it's been asked)

You don't have to unlock either.. There is a post somewhere where you can download the factory image for 4.0.1 and upgrade through ota.

Hi Herman....If you know the url of that post that'd be great. I've always thought that the only way to flash images was to unlock bootloader and use fastboot/adb.

Says here is you're not unlocked you can't update it manually:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1419170
You could use ODIN to flash without being unlocked I think but you'll also lose most if not all data

As EddyOS stated earlier, if you use odin (which is what the link you referenced is suggesting), you will wipe your device anyway. There is no difference between doing it that way, or unlocking -> using fastboot -> and relocking*, except that you will get ITL41F using odin and update via OTA to ICL53F, versus getting ICL53F immediately using fastboot.
*P.S. I would highly recommend that you do NOT relock your bootloader, as it will save you many hassles in the future. (And besides, it is relockable whenever you want...)
This is really confusing. Fastboot, CMW, odin...What are these ? Is there a SUPER noob friendly post which will guide me from the veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrryyyyyyyyyyy start on how to place a yakju build on my GNexus ? I'm a complete noob (0% knowledge when it comes to android).
You don't need a yakju build to receive an update.. and look in the dev section for guides.

I replied to you in the other thread with instructions for you. You are getting confused because there are many ways to flash a ROM, and you are not taking the time to read up and find out which one would be the easiest for you...

Your device DOES receive OTA updates. It's just a matter of time. Regardless, there are two ways to update to 4.0.2: by flashing yakju 4.0.2 from the link provided above (which will wipe your device), or by updating your current build (which will not wipe). See link in my signature.

No reason to flash bootloader really. Just increased risk of a hard bricked device.
Most of us flash everything new.. it's an addiction really.. If it was a real drug, we'd all be selling our kids to cover flashing again lol

You are aware that when a user accepts the OTA and they're in the process of updating their phone to 4.0.4. The zip secretly updates their bootloader to PRIMELA03? You can confirm this by downloading the OTA zip and opening it up. Bootloader.img is in there and updates their bootloader.
Are you implying that when a person accepts a OTA that this increases their risk "of a hard bricked device?"
Everything a person does in life has risks. If you don't pursue them, then what's the fun?

Does flashing the bootloader, on top of my current unlocked one, lock the bootloader again?
Because if it does, i'd have to unlock it again, which in terms means i'd loose all my sdcard contents.

There are tools and instructions for automatically and manually extracting the radio in my radio-thread

For bootloader, there is a bootloader-collection thread on XDA somewhere. I'm sure it's covered there.

Here's the thread, cant seem to find a method in there.

bootloader is easy. just download the OTA zip and take bootloader.img and flash it. no tricks necessary to get it.

Yes. If you read the thread I linked to, you'll find that there's no need to root, as the 4.2 image will take away your root. You'll need to apply root again after the flash
