Horrific Noise when Making a Call - Samsung Galaxy Nexus

Hello all. When making a call, I get a horrible "white noise" that is very loud. Needless to say, I cannot make any calls. The problem is somewhat intermittent, it requires a reflash or a reboot to fix. Only sometimes do these methods fix the problem.
I am running HD Revolution 2.1.5 ROM and am having this issue after several reboots. I just came from a month or so of CM9 nightlies, and had the issue there intermittently.
Also, I flashed the latest radios while on CM but now I am on a 4.0.2 version of Revolution. Could this be contributing?

[Q] Phone/Skype crashs

Hello there !
I have a Galaxy Nexus (GSM) running CM10 Nightly.
My problem is (almost) everytime i call/get a call my phone is crashing, then rebooting, also happens with skype, the strange part, it's not happening everytime, sometime i can get calls without any trouble at all.
Another strange thing, my phone is not crashing if a call/skype with any ear/headphones connected. (Samsung with mic or any other)
This was already happening with stock JB rom so it's not CM related.
Any way to fix this ?
Thanks !

[Q] New S3 owner call AOSP issue

Hey Guys new S3 owner absolutely love the device. Having a weird Issue. As son as i bought the phone i rooted installed a custom recovery and went right to the latest cyanogen nightly. Everything was working great. except once in a while i will make a call and the audio ring and person on other end will be severely distorted. a reboot will usually fix and it happens at random. i am running the newest modem. switched to a fresh install of Aokp and still get that random distortion.
Have not run touchwiz at all on the phone so i dont know if its a hardware or aosp thing. or in in the new england area and sprint is having some network issues due to sandy.

S3 Touch Jitter Problem.

So I've been having some touch problems. I've been texting, and doing normal things, but the problem still persists.
I am running Liquid Smooth RC2, JellyBean 4.2.2 with the latest GAPPS on the T999 S3.
I did not have this problem a few days ago and I was running the same rom. I got the problem yesterday so I reset, factory reset and everything with RC2 again.
Here is a video of the problem. This is just one symptom. I have other issues which includes random clicks on the touch, which activates random apps sometimes that are available on my screen, as well as jitters make things impossible to touch, as well as sometimes not being able to touch things as well. I tried moving apps on my desktop, but sometimes it wasn't responding and I'd have to wait.
Please let me know if you need anymore details.

Are you sure its not just the rom? 4.2.2 roms will have bugs since they aren't officially supported yet

Major Problems after CM flash

After a recent Cm flash my phone has been going crazy. on the latest CM Build most things should be working, however I have no sound, no camera, no video playback, no calling etc. Calling even causes a soft reboot. All of these problems are fixed for others on the newest build, and camera and adio fx have crash reports due to java.lang errors.
Also have some hard lag from time to time. When I attempted to re-flash all the way back to stock to see if the issues would go away, my phone was barley usable. The lag was so bad that I could not even get my screen to unlock most of the time, and in no way did anything work. I am at a loss here, and have no idea what could be causing the issues. Any help appreciated.
(Btw, all flashes were done cleanly using TWRP)

Mic problem?

At first this started a few weeks ago. I was on LOS then. Now I've switched different roms and they all got same problem. My mic will stop working after random time. It works normally after reboot but then it just stop working. First noticed this on the calls as I couldn't here anything and neither the other one who called me.
Tried to record voice message on whatsapp and the record was full of silence. Same thing on the video recording. No voice, but works normally after reboot.
So what could cause this as its not rom related. I've tried LOS and now I'm on OOS and the problem remains. And I think it's not a physical issue as it works right after reboot. I'm confused here.
I'm on 4.1.6 firmware and currently on Latest OOS with Bova launcher. No exposed or any other tricks. Same problem with latest Los.
