SPV M500 does not work after update

Hi
a few days ago i tryed to update my spv m500 from orange.nl ( the dutch site). so i updated my spv and after the update was finished my phone didn't react on anything so i tryed to update again but still the same thing. after that ,i did a hard reset en turned it on and now he gives an error with start up it says : no GSM d 1.12.00 wwe. i couldn't get to the phone program and sim manager. Then i tryed to update again and now he gives an error when i run the update ( see picture)

Normaly, IDS problem appear when there is an incompatibility between original manilla and language pack of the software that is trying to modify.
Recomandation: install SpriteBackup, make a backup for your contacts and other media files that you want to save, transfer the backup file on the SD or PC and after this try a hard-reset.

If i do a hard reset will go back to english but i still want to use romanian language btw i use now nsourm rom 1.70 no cht wwe

i use to have V10b-sea-xx on my g4 after software update i dont have hebrew lang in the list
so i tryied to flash new rom ISR/ISRAEL V10f LGH815L
i got this error after boot anf i have the new verion but no hebrew
error :current vertion is not available for user.cant find matched cust for nt code mcc/mnc[FFFFFF]subset[56]
anyone can help?

i have the same problem in Europe. i have flashed stock version and i get this error after boot :/

I have the same thing i have a 815T and flashed my same carrier img for root. I havent noticed it effect anything.

Which rom to install (Functional with operators in Brazil) and how to install ?

Hello, I live in Brazil where there is no support for HTC devices, I have a Desire Eye bought it with root, I want to install an original rom (stock) that works with Brazilian operators (Unlocked), can someone help me to know what to install and how ?
Note: I bought the device with rom viperonem8 6.1.0 yes M8 :confuso: , I do not know how to install correctly, I tried the installation by HTC program but it does not recognize as Desire Eye, I think I should download .rar and install by TWRP

USSD Code always returns Chinese text. Why??

Device: Samsung Galaxy Note 2 (SGH-I317M t0lte rogers)
OS: Lineage OS 14.1 (Android 7.1)
Problem:
Every USSD Code i submit via the Phone app returns back Chinese? text which i do not understand. My language setting is English and I'm connected (roaming) within Canada on Rogers. How do i go about resolving this issue?
