Time to start rumors of 4.0.5 releasing soon! - Samsung Galaxy Nexus

Anyone notice that Gmail update is version 4.0.5?
That means 4.0.5 is on the horizon!
Not really, but I figured I would start this thread before someone else does.

I'm more curious about Jelly Bean.

if people star this issue
https://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=28133
then probably 4.0.5 will come out soon...maybe
(at comment 19 google seems looking into it)
star the issue if u are affected, don't spam there with useless comments

I can't star issues I don't have, sorry

Already got it. Was leaked an hour or so ago to me by a "source" OTA... I'm rooted but can't install it, always goes to an android with an exclamation mark :banghead:

Yes... Very interesting. Hopefully that means CDMA users will get the 4.0.5 update. New radios?! I can only wish.

I'd pay money for new radios that worked right on my cdma gnex....

I heard the same thing. Suppose to be coming out on 4/5.
Wait, today is 4/5.

Wow this is weird. 4.0.4 has not issues on the Nexus S. I wonder if this is another telephony/radio bug.

OK, I have to ask, how do I get the new Gmail update?

Still wonder why SFR listed 4.0.5 as next update for GSM? Got confused with the LTE version?

Well I called it as BS all along so....

Why it fail to deal with it
Many Thanks
Because the Website is fail.
They have it mobile enabled but never built the mobile version, and/or never checked to make sure it worked.
Works fine as full desktop site.

Your judging a phone on the basis of one pointless poorly designed, created and maintained website? I'm curious as to how you made it this far onto the internet.
Just so you know as well you can fine tune the way the web browser loads websites in the settings menu, but that may be too difficult for you to possibly comprehend.

Bahahaha.... Thats hilarious.
Whats funny is he probably tripped over news for ANOTHER Samsung device.
There never was an FC09 build for the E4GT that was tested by Sprint. But seeing as how there are plenty of other Samsung devices using the same naming scheme for builds.....

Thanks for the clarification. I gave my OG Epic to my brother-in-law to play around with. It's no longer activated so he's just been messing around with WiFi and can use it to make calls with Google Voice via WiFi.
If it was about to get an ICS official update I was going to temporarily reclaim it. lol

It's usually announced a day or two after the sculpture is unveiled. Actually dropping it into AOSP is a different story. Sometimes it's immediately. Sometimes "in the coming weeks. "
